This threshold strip camo simple, in a plastic bag with a label stapled to one side like you might find hanging in a store. The product claimed to come with screws, but now were included. The plastic bag was damaged, leaving the threshold with several bucks and scratches.Beside the damage and missing hardware, the threshold is decently thick and isn’t easy to bend by hand. The product was even and looked solidly made. It seems to have some coating that isn’t the best and it does mar easily meaning it will look rough quickly through high traffic areas. The price is a touch high to such products bought in store, even more so with the damage and no screws.

I needed a threshold for the mini barn I was finishing up. Thankfully I found this threshold in just the size i needed. The quality is great and the pricing is spot on. I had originally looked at different stores to find something that would meet my needs. The hardware provided was perfect as well and installed easily.

I will need to cut down the length, and cut both ends to center the screws but the width is a perfect fit for my door. This is a well formed threshold that will stand up to everyday traffic. I would definitely get this again for another door but I'm sure I will never need to replace it.

High quality, rigid threshold. Paired with a U-shape door sweep it is air tight.

This threshold is definitely made of good quality aluminum. While semi-flexible, it's definitely going to stand up to regular use in a doorway, and has a nice reinforcement system underneath to keep it from permanently bowing.I should have gotten the 4" version, but thought that having to cut off more was somehow a bad thing; it's not. Either way I'd have to cut it to the same length, just with the 4" I'd have had more to use elsewhere if I needed it instead of a stub that I may never have a use for. In the end it doesn't matter much, as a 3" width will work for my purposes.

This is a beautifully anodized aluminum threshold. Anodizing is NOT paint. It is a process that increases the thickness of the naturally-occurring oxide layer on the metal. Yes it, like any anodized aluminum, will scratch if you jab it with a screwdriver, so you need to be careful in installing it if you want your threshold to look perfect but it really doesn't matter since the door bottom will be covering at least 1 1/2 inches of the middle. This threshold will work for a door that seals with bottom strips of weatherseal that are inserted in channels in the bottom of the door. A different kind of threshold is needed to seal with doors that seal against the side of the bottom of the door but don't have sealing strips on the bottom.

Pretty and strong but the paint is rather thin. If your screw driver slips, it will scratch. Also didn't come with any screws.

It shows screws in the pictures, but didn't arrive with screws. Didn't arrive in a box, but did have a plastic cover. Good, thick feel. Glad the post office took care not the bend it or anything, although not sure it could be. Seems to be what I wanted.
