At first my dog looked at it and wasn’t quite sure! Now he drinks more water than he ever did! It keeps the water fresh.

My dog really loves the water fountain! I bought the product to deter my dog from insisting on drinking out of the toilet. Since I bought it, she drinks from it everyday. Furthermore, the set up was really straightforward and it is easy to use overall. I definitely recommend!

It is large, but it does not last longer than a week, even with 1 cat. I love the stainless steel.

It took 2 minutes to take out of the box, wash and set up. It is SO quiet. You don't hear anything standing right next to it. You will start to hear the water when it's beginning to run low. I actually like this so I know it's time to fill. My dogs love it. They've been drinking a lot more water since we switched to this from the large plastic water bowl.

I bought this water fountain for my dogs a couple of months ago. At first, it seemed like a good product: the material feels high-quality, the metal looks durable, and it has a decent water capacity. The overall structure is well-designed, though I find the light indicating the water level unnecessary.The sound of the fountain is worth mentioning. While you can hear it from a couple of rooms away, it’s not bothersome. It’s actually a pleasant sound, like running water, which can even be relaxing.The main issue, however, is the water pump, which should be the heart of the product. Despite following all the instructions on the box, it stopped working after just two months. Now, I’m only using the bowl without the lid, as a regular metal water dish for my dogs.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to the lack of durability in the pump, which is an essential part of a filtered water fountain.
