A friend gave me an adorable pair of vintage lamps, but one of them was broken. The lamp had fallen on the floor and the original plastic socket had cracked. She was going to throw them away, but I figured I’d try to repair it. I bought these and figured I would watch a YouTube video to learn what to do, but the simple, detailed instructions taught me all I needed to know, right down to how to tie a UI knot.The lamp was saved from a landfill and is living its best life on my side table now. This kit is a great value and easy to install!

This socket is a good replacement for lamps with 3-way bulbs, like my 60+ year old lamp. Easy to install with a bit of patience, even for novice DIYers. The socket works great.

I recently purchased a set of lamps that were supposed to be three-way bulbs. When I got them home, I discovered they were, in fact, single way switch. I really liked the look of the lamps, and decided I was not going to let it not have a three-way switch keep me from using them. I looked up a replacement switch for the lamps, and changed them into three-way lamps. Very easy to use and work perfectly! Very simple directions included with the switch!
