I just added this one to my kitchen knives. I like Dexter knives specially the dexsteel ones. They get sharp fast and retain their edge. I got it to break down chicken, trim fat off meat. The price is affordable and they have pretty nice performance for any kitchen.

What I had been trying to order! The USA made dexter boning knife. honed right up and slices with the best of them. Ordered from a different seller and kept getting the basic model even when the description said this model.
