I've had this saw for over a year now and can tell you this saw is amazing!! I've no issue w/ power, cuts, anything at all!! Coming from corded, it's great not having to worry about power. Thing cuts like a dream and allows me to do everything my corded saws did. It is a bit pricey w/ the battery, but worth every penny.

Used with a guide and fine toothed blade, was able to complete butcher block cut needed in no time. Was light weight and no cords needed.

Been looking at the DCS578B for a while and finally pulled the trigger. It’s pricy but very well made with great power. The break works well and stops the blade very quickly once you release the trigger.

Great product as you would expect from Dewalt, no complaints. 👍👍 But Dewalt can you please put your product box inside a bigger box with some packing peanuts. Dewalt takes their normal store boxes and wrap them in thin plastic wrap to keep the rain out and ships them like that. The Mail Man was not gentle with my box. When it showed up at my house it looked pretty banged up and I thought the product was trashed. It seems to be ok, but still I expect better out of such a quality brand. I was afraid it was going to hurt me when I was testing it out. If the blade was out of alignment and hit something it could cut me up pretty good real quick. Thankfully it seems to be ok. Definitely said my prayers before I switched it on for the first time. Do better Dewalt.

This saw takes a bit to get used to but after about a year of use and abuse I have to say these saws are legit!!! Lots of power to cut lvl and great line of site to the blade. Battery life with a 9 amp battery is really good

This a dream tool to have and hold cut as good as a corded saw and is so nice to use by far one of the best cordless saw I’ve ever used !!!Great power and operates nicer than a corded saw . I definitely recommend this saw !!!

This little saw is a little bada**. Very convenient being cordless but the flex volt batteries are as much or more than the tool so I get generic ones which are spendy themselves. Never had a de Walt flex volt batt do can’t speak on the comparison with generic. Saw has a hook to hang on whatever which I’ve used maybe once but I can see it being useful in some situations the light doesn’t really light up where you’d need and want there to be light it points at nothing kinda blocked by the angle adjusting knob for the bottom plate. Speaking of that it’s made of some sort of metal that is plenty strong but not at all slick so when sawing you really feel the resistance from the saw plate and the wood your cutting compared to other saws with a different metal they slide like butter this slides like coats sand paper but it doesn’t effect anything just the first few cuts I thought something was wrong or the blade was dull before realizing it just doesn’t like to slide across anything it’s all metal well the important parts where you’d want it to be so it’s tough but heavy I like it has a bake so the blade stops immediately when not pressing trigger. Easy to select an angle if you need to cut an angle I got a good deal on mine so worth the money not sure how much they are now but every one I saw after I bought mine was like $50 more

Viene bien empaquetado y el producto es el que esta en publicación, por fortuna lo pude agarrar en oferta y estoy muy satisfecho con su potencia y la calidad.El único contra que le veo, es que es algo pesado, pero eso ya se sabe desde las especificaciones.
