NUMBERS DON'T MATCH CONNECTOR

the wire labels do not correctly correspond to the pin number. We checked a dozen cables and they are all wrong. Only pins 1-12 are labeled correctly then it becomes completely random. For example, the wire labeled 37 is actually pin 23.
