High Accuracy 4-20mA Signal Generator
- Passive two-wire system 420MA current loop, the wiring is fully compatible with 2, 3, and 4 wire systems;
- 0.01 precision, LCD display, encoder knob, and terminals regardless of positive or negative;
- The output range can be set; 4-20MA (control equipment)/3-21MA (debugging signal)
- The display mode can be set: actual current/100%/50.0HZ, easy to see the value;
- Programmable automatic curve output cycle 1-9, a convenient production aging equipment;
- Linear output, can be calibrated, the actual output can be consistent with the display of customer equipment;
- It can be set to automatically store the output value, automatic storage/manual storage, which is convenient for debugging;
- Coarse and fine-tuning mode can be set, and the number of turns can be set, which is convenient for quick and precise adjustment;
- 2-9 points can be set to quickly adjust the output, and the knob can directly call out the current, which can quickly test the equipment;
Can be set to automatically store the output value
- Automatic storage: After adjusting the current output, no operation for 3 seconds, automatic storage
- Manual save: press the knob to save, As long as you don't press the knob, the next time you start the machine, it will still be the value you saved manually last time
- so you won't be afraid of messing up, which is convenient for debugging.
4 output modes can be set:
- Fine-tuning mode: the last number plus or minus 1 × (coefficient 1-5O)
- Coarse adjustment mode: add or subtract 1×(coefficient 1-5) to the second to last digit
- The above two coefficients can be set separately;
- Fine-tuning mode minimum settable: 0.01mA per pulse
- Coarse adjustment mode maximum settable: 5mA per pulse
- Remarks: One turn of the knob is 20 pulses; Therefore, the 4mA to 2mA microskirt mode requires a maximum of 8O circles, and the coarse adjustment mode only needs at least 1 circle.

Needed a quick trouble shooting 4-20MA generator. These were inexpensive and shipped quickly.Powered on and started using right out of the box.The range is ONLY 4-20 MA, (not below 4MA or above 20MA) but the resolution is very accurate and worked great.Definitely was a cost-effective solution for me.

There is a shadow area and the display is not fully lit. The second one in the batch seems to work as intended.I will require a replacement-Waiting on seller to contact me back-

This 4-20ma generator is live.You do not have to press the button to save the output.As you scroll up - so does the output.Is small form is great.I like that fact that this one is Loop Power!I will be buying more to add to my PLC Stand.
