Cubilux 3.5mm Audio Selector, Bidirectional 2-In-1-Out or 1-In-2-Out 1/8-in TRS Headphone Switcher, Ultra-Compact Aluminum Case Passive Toggle A/B AUX Switch Box for PC• **Size is deceivingly small** - Much tinier than the product photos suggest, which is actually great for portability and desk setups.• **Solid aluminum construction** - The machined metal housing feels premium and way better than cheap plastic alternatives I've used before.• **Rubber bottom pad works well** - Keeps it from sliding around on my desk, though the unit is so light it still moves occasionally.• **Hum when using earbuds** - The speakers hum a little when switched to using the earbuds. I haven't figured out if the switcher, speakers, or earbuds are the culprit.• **Comes with decent cables** - Includes 2 aux cords with nice braided covers, though they're only about a foot long.• **Like my girlfriend, it Works both ways** - Can do 2 inputs to 1 output OR 1 input to 2 outputs, giving you flexibility for different setups.• **You'll need a third cable** - Only comes with 2 aux cables but has 3 ports, so budget for an extra cord if you're using all connections.I am using it on a MiniPC that only has one 3.5 jack for sound output. Switching between ports for headphones, main speakers works just fine.

Surprisingly, this item is working better another item that doing the same job. I have another audio switcher like this one, and this one is definitely much better. This one is easier to switch between 1 and 2. I'm currently using this for 2 computers with one set of speakers. No static sound. Looks like it does cut off the other connection while another is in use completely, hence no noise is introduced. The provided wires are sufficient, but it's only about a foot in length. Please keep that in mind in case your distance between this item and your devices are farther than that. The size is very small and feels sturdy with metal casing.

There’s a tendency sometimes, to overcomplicate things… this passive audio switch is simple, but well-made, with an aluminium casing, and an easy to operate switch. Despite being so compact, it doesn’t slide around, as it has a neoprene pad on the base.I connected the stereo outputs from 2 laptops to the aux input on my sound bar, and was able to switch seamlessly between the inputs.Priced at £19.99 when reviewed (June 2025) it may seem a little expensive, but when you consider that it includes 2 good quality cables, almost a metre in length, with a braided outer sheathing, easy to grip plugs with restraints, and gold-plated tip/ring/sleeve contacts. I think that it offers good value for money. The plugs fit positively and provide a noise free connection.Recommended.

WOW, this thing is small and neat. I wanted a simple device to allow me to swap two sets of headphones for making comparrissons. THis needed to be quick and easy, without having to stop the source sound, or fiddle with software. The changeover switch was just the thing for this. It's totally mechanical, passive and without any complication. I can plug the music source into one side and two sets of headphones at the other. A quick flick of the switch swaps the source to feed the other set of headphones. All in stereo. Simple. and effective.

This is an excellent audio splitter from signal clarity to build quality, its a wonderful device.Highly recommend this for anyone needing to split and select their audio between headphones and speakers coming from your pc. Great product and possibly the best audio splitter I have now.

It looks and feels of good quality, I like that the housing is not plastic but metal, the color is pure black, at the bottom has a piece like rubber I guess to avoid slipping or scratching the surface.I have the habit of getting up from the chair every so often, since being in one position for a long time negatively affects the blood circulation, every time I did that I had to remove my headphones since the cable is not long and I have the CPU placed on the floor. The second problem I had is every time I disconnected my 3.5 mm headphones, my computer needed to be restarted to recognize them again, I don't know why, with this device this problem is over, I can disconnect the headphones from this little device and as soon as I connect them again I have audio immediately.

The first thing I noticed was how small this audio switch really was. The product photos show it as a bit larger than it really is. Which isn't a bad thing, considering this can be used on-the-go for audio setups. I intended it for home use at a computer, so keeping it on my desk was more for my purposes. As a passive audio switch, it does the job well. The body is a solid aluminum shell design, which I do like. The internals seem to be grounded against the case also, so you shouldn't hear any errant humming no matter which configuration you use it in.The rubber pad on the bottom is a nice touch also to help prevent it from sliding all over a desk surface. Overall it's definitely worth it just for the machined casing.

Got this for my wife who juggles a work laptop and a personal one. She uses her personal laptop to blast music through the desktop speakers, but when a big company meeting pops up, she hits the button and boom, the work laptop takes over the audio. 🎧➡️🔊No more fumbling with cables or switching settings. Just one click and she’s in meeting mode, listening over the speakers instead of her headset. Super convenient, especially when she doesn’t want to wear headphones for an hour-long call. 🥴She loves it, it works flawlessly, and I get bonus points for setting it up. Everybody wins. 🙌💼🎵

This item is much smaller than I expected. It does function pretty well. It comes with the switch as well as 2 aux cords. It functions both ways where you can have 2 inputs outputting into 1 source OR you can have 1 input going to 2 output sources. The sound quality sounds fine.I think it would have been nice if you had the option to have sound from both inputs/outputs being played at the same time through. Another thing I think that may have been better is if it had 3 aux cables instead of 2 since all 3 of my devices needed aux cords and this only came with 2 so I had to buy/use an additional cord. But it does do what it says and advertises so I cant knock it any points for that

I'm using this 3.5mm audio selector to go between my PC and TV audio out to desktop speakers. It works well and is very compact. Shell and red switch are aluminum and it has a solid build. It's very compact. Cables have nice braid cover and are flexible. This switch solved a ground loop issue between the TV and PC because it fully disconnects the inactive jack. I verified with a continuity meter that even ground of the inactive jack is disconnected, so that there is never any connection between the active and inactive sides. Everything has a low resistance, under 2 ohms including through the two included cables. There are no resistors or capacitors added in, something other switches I've tested have. This is a good value for 3.5mm switching with full isolation and TRSS microphone support.
