Compact, sleek design and easy to use HDMI switch. I like that all the wires connect on the back of the unit. Using this switch to feed two different computer inputs to one television instead of having to use the remote to change inputs.

Absolutely a GREAT product. It's very robust, works as it should, and an EXCELLENT value for what it does.I wanted a 4 input splitter (also with PIP) for busy sports weekends. I have 3 OTA tuners and 1 Ruku device connected. I had purchased and returned 2 other Quad Viewers as they fell short of being practically useful.....simply too many keystrokes with the remote, poor IR connectivity, sluggish response, and several screen modes which made no useful sense whatsoever. They were way too complex to easily use. There was no way the average non-techie family member could or would ever attempt to use them. This brand is straightforward and built by engineers with common sense users in mind. It's very affordable for what it can do, stable, and produces clear, vivid screens. The audio follows the selected screen but can be switched to any screen at any time,.....while viewing any screen. I added a $10 IR repeater so I can place the box inside a cabinet, out of site, and still operate the remote. The repeater extends the range about 15 "reliable" feet. This is a good value. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.

This thing works excellent. Swapping between different views is seamless. I've connected three PCs to a large monitor and it works excellent in all modes. I do wish it included a receiver for the remote. Keep in mind that you will need the switch stored out in order to receive remote signal.

Funktioniert bisher sehr gut.

This HDMI matrix is not terrible, but isn’t the greatest either given evident compatibility issues at least with the 2020 X900H Sony TVs when combined with the STR-DN1080 AVR.Given the ARC feature this matrix has (even when toggled off), it didn’t play nice with my Sony TV and AVR in the mix. I had the matrix set up with 4K60 18 Gbps mode with Hi Res audio and attempted to connect either directly to my 75” Sony X900H TV (tried both the HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 ports) or to Sony STR DN1080 AVR and had the other output from the matrix being sent to a Samsung HDMI 2.0 soundbar with HDMI output/passthrough back to a 2016 55” LG C6P OLED (4K/3D). Both displays are capable of 4K60 with deep color, Dolby Vision, and HDR10, and both audio sources supported Hi-Res Audio (Dolby Atmos/DTS-X), so this should have worked flawlessly.Using the matrix (whether I had the ARC feature on or off) however would result in audio loss from the built-in apps on the Sony TV. The unit is not defective, but there’s definitely some compatibility issues with the EDID between this mix of devices. I have another setup that includes a 2016 model 65” LG G6P OLED (4K/3D) connected to an old Sony STR-DH810 AVR from around 2010-11 and a 2020 55” TCL 6 series (55R635) and in 18 Gbps mode with Hi-Res audio and ARC off I have no problems now. Both TVs get a beautiful 4K signal with Dolby Vision and HDR10. While the STR-DH810 does not do Dolby Atmos/DTS-X, it does handle Dolby TrueHD/DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1/7.1 just fine. I can still use the built-in apps on the LG G6P just fine over ARC to the STR-DH810 and get no audio loss while this Portta 4x2 matrix is connected to another HDMI port.I’m at a loss I suppose, but it was at least able to work in this setup. I am a bit disappointed though, as I had to swap the matrix I had in use for the LG G6P/TCL 55R635 (that actually was a 4x4 Orei unit with independent downscaling - UHD-404) and had a couple other outputs being used out with this Portta. Not that it was the end of the world as I had some other stuff I shuffled around, but the Orei unit just worked and worked very well. It works in the other setup perfectly too. No audio loss from on the X900H/DN1080 with 4K60 and Hi-Res audio. The Orei unit has no ARC feature though, and I do have a feeling it’s the culprit. If Portta engineered this better, when ARC is off, it should update EDID properly so it may clear up some of the conflicts like I ran into. Despite me turning it off, the conflicts persisted with existing ARC audio on the Sony gear though. This may not persist with other combinations of equipment, but I did at least want to call it out on these Sony devices.

Nice and small, doesn’t need any external power supply. Switches between my Mac mini and my gaming pc just perfectly for my 1920x1080 monitor. I just wish it had one more port so I could add my work laptop and switch between alll three.

So many options to arrange your screens, completely compatible with many different audio and video signals, have not found a single instance that it did not work. Does not reboot or drop signal ever. Runs 100% of the time and just works. Connected to multiple computers and game consoles.

Surprising this is a great product and easy to setup. I used four streaming sticks to set it up and it works great.

Saluti

Needed an audio converter to hook up a new soundbar to the TV.TV is slightly older and only has a COAX audio output, while the soundbar only supports TOSLINK.The converter comes with a USB cable and if your TV has a USB slot available, that works just fine to power it.Installation is super easy. COAX cable from TV to converter, TOSLINK cable from converter to soundbar. Plugged the USB cable into the TV and that's it.
