This griddle is similar to the one I have. It is longer and doesn’t fit into my lower cupboard. I had to clear a space in the pantry which is not as convenient. So far I love the pan and it works great!

We use this griddle almost every weekend to make bacon and pancakes. The non stick surface is top notch and I love the grease catcher and warming drawer however the heating element is not consistent throughout the ceramic surface, and some of the hot bits are exposed underneath the griddle making it easy burn your hands if you need to move it while it’s on

I bought this item when it was on special for about $30. It works really good and looks really nice. Its super easy to use and turn on and clean. The item itself is larger but thats what I wanted.The only issue I have is the heating element has a coil under the plate and where the coil itself is gets hotter than the rest, creating hot spots. You can see this pretty easily when making pancakes. My fix is I just rotate the items I am making to avoid hot spots.

I bought this mainly for making pancakes in June 2023 and have used it maybe a dozen times for various things. I have an induction cooktop and it’s difficult to find nonstick griddle pans that work with it, hold up well, and are large enough. I also wanted something separate from the cooktop, in case I had other cooking going on or needed portability.It’s worked ok so far, except for the following issues:1. Drip tray is poorly designed with inferior materials. It does not pull out smoothly and it cannot handle high heat. The capacity could be larger. Mine now has a big hole melted in it, rendering it somewhat useless. I noticed when cooking bacon the other day and wondered where the hot grease puddle on my counter came from. At first I thought it overflowed, but it was only half full. The whole front side is melted/rippled from heat. A definite potential burn injury risk if I hadn’t seen the puddle and investigated. I got burned in the past from pulling the tray out, when it was fuller than I realized and it sloshed on me. It’s difficult to see the fullness level to preemptively empty. I will no longer use it to cook bacon or other things that have much in the way of drippings. We contacted customer service and they said it is not a covered warranty item, and they do not sell accessories or replacement parts to get a new hole-free one.2. Heats unevenly. The heating coil makes hot spots, and has affected the cooking surface to where you can see it through the coppery finish. I haven’t tested the non-stickiness of the coil zone, but I do monitor and move things off of the coil area or else they will burn more than other areas. I have noticed pancakes half dark and half light if they’re over the coil.3. The temperature dial is difficult to read and moves too freely. I have to be directly overhead of it or else there’s a glare. It’s also very easy to unintentionally bump it to the wrong temp. Better print contrast, matte finish, larger font, and/or perhaps feedback clicks to let you know you’ve turned it so many degrees, would help.4. Not really a flaw, but… It’s too big to fit in my kitchen cabinets, so I have to leave it out (on my dining room buffet because, as cute as the copper color is, I don’t want it staying out in the kitchen). The cooking surface may be 22”, but the handles add another 3.5”. I chose this one because of the larger cooking area to make a lot of pancakes at once, but didn’t consider the overall dimensions for storage.5. Too slippery! I’ve had to chase things around with the spatula or get a fork in my other hand to control things. That can happen with any ceramic finish, so it’s not necessarily a knock on this particular item, just something to be aware of.6. A longer power cord would be nice.At least I only paid $38… 🫤

I bought this as a house warming gift for my wife and I. It gets used frequently for various meals. I love it to death. Food consistant and evenly cooked. However, one of my kids dropped and broke the grease tray and a replacement is NOT available, not even from CRUX Kitchen website. So do I bite the bullet and buy another whole new griddle or keep putting the glass bowl under it ? Time will tell.

We bought this, excited at the size and the warm drawer. My BFF and I ordered one each.Both have warped outside the 30 days and after 2nd use (hers) and 3rd use (ours).Disappointing and complete waste of money.

We love this griddle so much! I am glad our old one quit working and we got this one. Not a single complaint about it! It is so easy to clean, non stick, and heats evenly! The warming drawer is perfect too! It kept my food warm while I was finishing up cooking other stuff. Just buy it. You won’t regret it!

This griddle is excellent. I ordered it mainly to make pancakes for my grandsons. I read lots of reviews before selecting. I wanted a large surface, and this one is perfect. I can cook 12 pancakes at a time. They come out cooked evenly and perfectly. It also does a great job when frying eggs. I will not fry bacon or sausage on it because I do not want to deal with getting it greased up. It does have a drip pan, but I choose not to use that feature. Very easy clean up. I love this griddle!!!

This griddle is fantastic! It makes Sunday brunch so much fun and most importantly easy!! The griddle gets super hot and cooks everything evenly. I love how easy it is to handle and move around. Slim, so it’s easy to store away when we’re not using it. The best part is how easy it is to clean. I would definitely recommend this griddle! 5 stars!!
