It heats up quickly and provides even cooking across the whole surface. The non-stick coating makes it easy to cook and clean, and the large size is perfect for making breakfast for the whole family. I’ve cooked everything from pancakes to bacon, and everything turns out great. The drip tray is a nice touch for easy cleanup. Overall, a fantastic griddle that’s efficient and affordable!

I like the speed that it heats up. I like the no-stick finish. It can make 6 small pancakes or three teenager appetite sized. It stores pretty easily on its side.

Love this! We have used it to make meals for our family of 4. It was nice being able to make 6 burgers at once with out having to use our grill. Also, made making breakfast a lot easier/faster. Clean up on it was easy. Temperature was consistent and the performance was ideal. Love the size of it, and how light it is. It is also nonstick

We purchased this to replace a griddle that was almost 12 years old, but that had saved us thousands of dollars from not eating out. This griddle is great, it’s a bit different than our previous one. The plug for the heating element detaches so that you can wash the whole griddle at one time. The griddle isn’t detachable from the base like our old one, but that is fine. I also like the warming tray it has. The funny thing is that it’s so new, that it’s sometimes hard to get the pancake flipper under the pancake without pushing the pancake around. I’m sure over time this will lessen.

I just replaced a 179.00 Williams Sonoma griddle with this handy little griddle and it makes pancakes perfectly with no cold spots. The other griddle had cold spots in the center and it was very frustrating given the brand and the price. My Dad swore by Black and Decker when I was a kid but I thought things might have changed given the times we are in. Not as far as this griddle at least from my experience with pancakes. So far we’re very happy. On the plus side it fits in my cabinet with all my pots and pans because of its compact size and the little warming tray holds the control plug neatly which I really really like.

It's great. Even has a little drawer beneath to keep food warm. I am most pleased because I don't even have to spray Pam on it to get great, easy-to-flip and remove pancakes. Black & Decker has always been my favorite, most durable and reliable brand, so when I saw this on sale, I went for it.

So glad we bought this griddle. It works great. The heat distribution (like all of these types of griddles) isn't perfect, and the end closer to the plug is hotter. The areas above where the heating element runs are also slightly hotter, but this isn't really a problem. Just sometimes your pancakes will have darker stripes on them :)

Nice grill only complaint I have is the gap in between the cooking surface and the legs.Makes it harder to clean and wish the cord was longer.

So great for eggs, burgers, pancakes etc., especially if, like me, you have limited kitchen space. Any flat service obviously works and honestly didn't realize how much easier it made in my rather large meal preparation.

I got my griddle in January and have used it frequently. Over all, I am quite pleased with it - however, I feel like the temp control gage could be better marked. It's hard to read and I don't think it reads true to the actual temperature. I set it lower than I would have on previous griddles to avoid burning things. Once you know to make allowances though it heats quickly and cooks fairly evenly! The drip pan and "warming tray" though are both a joke. They are both too small to be of any use, considering this is a family size griddle. A pound of bacon cooks comfortably on the griddle but the grease overflows the tiny drip pan! Talk about a mess! I have never had that happen on either of my last 2 griddles! As for the warming tray, it can only hold a few pieces of bacon or 4 mini pancakes. This may be normal but l expected something bigger so I didn't find it very useful. I finally threw away the tiny drip pan and just use the larger warming tray under the drip hole instead! No more overflows at least! Once I got to know how to work with it, I have no more complaints. It does heat evenly and is easy to clean up. 4 stars overall!
