So to start off this is NOT for beginners, the stitching is more advanced technique that isn’t beginner friendly. To add this isn’t worth the buy due to being specified for a begginer and the yarn is horrendous. Ive been trying to learn the magic circle technique and I cannot learn on the yarn given in this kit, all it does is unravel which causes the physical circle to get stuck. It’s been very frustrating and thankfully I was given different yarn to try and learn. Lastly, the crochet needle is tiny and etremely difficult to maneuver when trying to learn. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE!!!

I am a beginner at crocheting and thought this would be a wonderful project. The quality of the yarn is not great as they were splitting and I’ve got only no stitch marker left coz they snap so easy and break. If only I could return them I would. Save your money and find a better brand.

I haven’t made these yet but I have done other by this brand. Great directions and fun to create. You can also use thicker yarn and hook to make them bigger. Pattern reads well.

I am a beginner/intermediate crocheter I love that the kit has everything you need and the pattern is easy to follow. The reason I am not rating higher is due to the yarn with this kit is terrible and breaks easily and the hooks are too small which makes this difficult to complete also I am having to go out to buy new yarn so I can complete this kit.

I did love this kit. I would definitely say it’s more intermediate than beginner. The yarn made it very difficult because of the unraveling. It took me twice as long than it should’ve. The videos were great. I did have trouble understanding the point of the slip stitch + chain and how to properly count the stitches). I kept getting the wrong number and couldn’t figure out why. Finally figured out you don’t count the slip stitch & chain & you add a stitch twice into the slip stitch when starting a new row. That was frustrating as a beginner so I wanted to add that in case anyone else was having trouble too!

Love these kits. Comes with everything you need and super easy for beginnersI just learned how to crochet a few weeks ago. With a little help, I was able to easily read the pattern, follow the instructions and make the plants.Super fun and adorable.

New to crochet, kind of frustrating. The videos weren’t very helpful (for beginners anyway). The yarn splits easy too. Maybe a step up from beginner.. or maybe I need a crochet kit for kids lol

The little plants are so cute and come out looking exactly like the photo if you can follow the instructions. The video instructions are pretty helpful - beginners might have to watch at a slower pace because they go pretty fast, but if you are intermediate then it’s a pretty easy and fast project to go through! The yarn splits easily so I would be mindful of that.

This crochet kit is kind of a mixed bag. On the one hand, if you stick with it and figure everything out, you end up with something super cute. But getting there? It's a bit of a hassle, to be honest.First off, there are no written instructions included, which is a bummer. And the videos they provide? Not all that helpful. So if you're hoping to dive right in and get started without any confusion, you might be in for a surprise. It feels like you're better off just buying some yarn and hitting up YouTube for tutorials that actually make sense.Also, it doesn't come with all the materials you need. That means you'll have to scout around for the missing bits and pieces, which is a bit of an annoyance, especially when you thought you were getting everything in one go.So yeah, while the end product is adorable, the journey there is kind of a headache. Might be easier to just do your own thing with some yarn and internet guidance.

I really had high hopes for this kit. The directions were a little more challenging than the first one I purchased, but the first project of the kit that I completed looked cute. I gave up on project 2 because the yarn kept unraveling, making the more challenging stitches impossible to complete. I’ve seen that other reviews mention purchasing better yarn to finish the set, but I’ll just keep making the little plant that I could complete successfully and then go on to another project. It’s not worth the stress, or the extra money spent, to complete all the designs.

I chose this crochet kit because it was cute but also because it is cheaper than a lot of other kits. I learned very basic crochet when I was young but I forgot pretty much everything. This kit certainly is not easy and requires a lot of patience, but, between the instruction booklet and video tutorials I was able to piece everything together decently. It can be a bit repetitive so you get better with each try. Everything you need is right in the box. My first crotchet plant is pretty janky, but it was enjoyable to make! The yarn is not very easy to work with but for the price, not unexpected. Overall, very happy with the purchase

This is cute, but just a warning, the yarn provided is not super beginner-friendly. The videos are helpful... but not for a brand new beginner, more intermediate beginner. Would recommend it for a fun inexpensive project, but not for someone trying this for the first time.
