Not sure how they can justify how they packaged this (little to no cushioning), knowing dang well how fragile that charcoal pieces are. The charcoal is a fine product, but again, arrived broken, so I need to be very careful with how I use them.

Pretty small package in a mountain of bubble wrap. Not much product for the money, especially compared to the Mount Vision pastels. The chalks themselves are fine, but skinny little things.
