These cordless electric scissors are a great tool for crafters, sewers, and DIY enthusiasts. They are battery-powered and offer the convenience of cordless use.These scissors feel solid and powerful, but at the same time portable, lightweight and comfortable to hold for a powertool. Without a cord, you can move around freely, making them perfect for bigger projects or tight spaces. They can cut through various materials like fabric, paper, cardboard, and some plastics. I've even tried cutting an old rug and it exceeded my expectations!The battery lasts a good amount of time. I'm not sure how much time exactly since I haven't had to recharge it yet. But I've used the tool several times for chores like cutting cardboard boxes, hardy stems from old bouquets, plastics, etc. and it still keeps on going. I find myself looking for more things to cut after I've done the chores because I tend to enjoy and be amazed by how efficient these scissors are!My favorite features are the safety locks or the dual-button activation and the self-sharpening blades. I've never used electric scissors before and I was worried that with the special blades, this would turn out to be a costly investment. But with the spare blade and the self-sharpening feature, I hope I'd never need a new blade so soon (or at all, if that's even possible).I highly recommend this mini power tool. Do chores, make crafts easier and cut the time short!

I already had a wired pair of electric scissors that I love & came in handy while cutting out old carpet.I can only imagine how much faster I could have gone if I wasn’t constantly worried about the cord getting in my way.I saw these & had to get them. They are made just like the others except No cords.Comes with what you need to recharge battery. Cut quality is great.Would order again. Bye bye wired scissors.

I ordered this to cut up and recycle cardboard.The unit charges easily and is simple to operate. Simply guide it in the direction of your desired cut as you depress the safety switch and power trigger. These Cordless Electric Scissors have been a fantastic addition to my craft room! I've primarily used them for cutting heavier materials like cardboard and thick chipboard, and they've performed exceptionally well.The 4V rechargeable rotary cutter has plenty of power to slice through these tough materials cleanly and efficiently. I was particularly impressed with how easily it handled the thick chipboard, which can be difficult to cut with regular scissors or a craft knife. The cuts are much smoother and more precise than I could achieve by hand.Overall, I'm very happy with these cordless electric scissors. They've saved me a lot of time and effort, especially when working with thicker materials. If you're a crafter who frequently works with cardboard, chipboard, or similar materials, I highly recommend giving these a try. They’re a great tool to have on hand.

I've never been good at using scissors. Never straight. Never not jagged. Thought that these electric scissors would do the trick. Yes, and no. I'm left handed and thought that I was a bad scissor user was because I'm left handed. I'm a bad user because I have trouble using my right hand! And, these scissors help, but I still have to use my right hand and "steer" -- much faster and more accurate, but probably not for a lefty like me. But, we've used them to cut leather patch material for the couch and it came out better than using regular scissors. And, we used them to cut plastic covering as we're remodeling our bedroom and this helps keep the dust off of things. For a right handed person, these could be awesome.

This cut paper, cardboard (fairly thick), and material with ease. I had to push a little on the cardboard. It worked well. I could call this more of a rough cut scissors, in that it cuts fast, it goes straight and give a nice cut, but if you are doing circles or cutting out something with corners etc use a scissors. You can see my attempt at a circle. I also am not sure I like the two switches. You have to push the top and pull on the handle switch. Maybe a safety switch. I plan on using this in my workshop, as I rough cut a lot. My wife needs more a fine cut, so this may not be her tool to use.
