Fa veramente molta fatica a passare i pelati, lo uso in pizzeria e vi posso assicurare che in fondo rimane tutto, 10 cm di rimanenza che vanno giu soltanto dopo preghiere e B.... e cmq alla fine mi arrendo e butto via il rimanente paragonabile alla quantita' di 10/15 cucchiai di pomodoro da pizza!
