Good support for average arch. If you have high arches (cavus foot deformity) the over the counter arch supports don’t work well. You are better off getting custom molded arch supports. For the majority of people these work great.

Very satisfied with this product, it was actually recommended by a podiatrist.

After suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for over a year, I needed strong support. These were recommended by my podiatrist. They are stiff and hard for the first few tries but after they mold to your feet and give amazing support. They are expensive but well worth it. It really was the best pair of orthotics I have ever had and trust me, I have tried them all including the doctor molds.

I needed to replace my Redi-Thotics from last year and I moved out of state. Not only did I replace these but the price was $25 less than my podiatrist originally charged.Do be careful when your Redi-Thotic is new or a replacement--you DO need to work it in by following the original recommendations--an hour a day, then 2 hours, then 3 hours, etc. It will hurt as it's firm and your foot needs to adjust.I have zero pain in my arch when I wear these on the walking trail or on the treadmill. A good support at a reasonable price.
