The Contraband Black Label 1055 Classic Knee Wraps are a professional grade economically priced knee wrap designed to support the knee during weight lifting exercises. Designed in 2 Meter, 2.5 Meter, and 3 Meter lengths as well as four different tension strengths including EXTREME, HEAVY, MEDIUM, and LIGHT.

Intended Use
Designed for maximum knee compression in weight lifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, bootcamps or any activity you might need knee support. Perfect for barbell squats, hack squats, lunges, leg press, olympic lifting and strongman lifts.

Nylon/Cotton woven wrap with elastic inside for stretch.
Material Fit
One Size Fits All - We do suggest for larger knees to start with the 2.5 meter wrap, for regular knee sizes the 2 meter is a great starting point. The 3 meter wraps should be used in max weight sets. For competitive use, check with your league to confirm length restrictions and approval of Contraband Wraps.
Material Strength
Strength will depend on the tension ordered. See product images for a suggested tension to match your current weight on squat. These knee wraps can be wrapped loose for less support or tight for maximum support.
Care Instructions
The Contraband Black Label 1055 Classic Knee Wraps can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent, allow to soak for 15 - 30 minutes. Place wraps on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using.
Warranty
There is a full purchase price refund from the seller within 30 days of your purchase if you are not happy for any reason. After 30 days, there is a 1yr full replacement warranty on this product for any manufacturing defect.

I usually wear knee sleeves but wanted to try out some wraps and it’s a game changer for my heavy squats. Did 325 3x4. First set with wraps, a little slower than normal but felt good. Did the 2nd set with sleeves, much more effort but I figured I was just getting tired. Decided to do the last set with wraps and was significantly easier. They are obviously more difficult to put on than sleeves but for the added weight I’m able to move, I’d put them on and off 5 times before a set if I had to.I watched their video on putting on the wraps and that helped a lot.Randomly reached out to them about something else and within minutes they replied.I’ll be buying more from them for sure. My husband got them for christmas. He said they feel secure when you apply them and don't slip.. Helps with joint support. They work great and way better than his last few brands he has, like schieck. They are heavy duty material. We will for sure be buying more of their products.

I started wearing wraps when i got past 315. Like most people, i didn't want to pay 30, 40, 50 $ plus, so i went to Walmart and bought those yellow and black Gold's Gym wraps. Those definitely helped. I used them for over a year and a half and never looked back. Eventually i peaked at 455 with those. It's not until a ran into another meathead at the gym with some Inzer wraps. They felt extremely thick and had very little flexibility. My walmart wraps felt like toilet paper compared to these. He told me good wraps make a world of difference. And so I hopped on to Amazon, found these Contrabands and ordered the black and red Heavy's. The difference is not even close. Even if I tightly wrapped my old wraps, they would never, ever come close to the amount of bounce and stopping power the Contrabands have. I squat below parallel and these wraps perfectly complement my style. Yes, they do assist you when squatting but in the end it's worth it. I find i am a lot more motivated when i have these on. They let me double and even triple my volume. The description says the Heavy's are meant for 405+ but u can take em for a ride on 315+. Anything lower than that you should probably get the lighter wraps. To get the bounce in the hole, the wraps don't even need to be wrapped tightly. Wrapping with out stretching them around your knee will still let you enjoy their benefits. A warning before you get these or any other thicker wraps, they will HURT. It comes with the territory. All wraps will hurt, but you will quickly embrace the pain and even welcome it. The 2m are far too small in my opinion. They dont really stretch like thinner wraps so buying the 2.5 or 3m would probably be best. Buy with confidence here. You wont regret it.

As with all Contraband products the craftsmanship and materials are all high quality. These are 2 meter long wraps which is slightly shorter than what I have used before.At first it was tough getting used to wrapping them since I'm used to the extra half a meter, but I quickly for used to it. These wraps are very good and provide as much support as any 2.5 meter wraps I have used. I found them surprisingly comfortable given how much support they gave.

Good product - the real deal. Definitely for serious weight lifters. These are quite stiff - much stiffer than my previous wraps - I routinely squat 400+ If you haven't used them before, go one less stiffer than you think (you can always wrap them tight)My only complaint is I wish they were a bit longer so I could get another loop around the knee (I'm 5'6", 165lb) so may be a little short for big guys.

I ordered this pair of knee wraps after my last pair failed me miserably. Unlike the last pair I had (a different brand), Contraband wraps are strong and durable. I cannot believe the difference in knee support after squatting and leg pressing with them. Don't waste your time or money on any other brand of wraps!!! These are made with quality and reasonably priced. My previous wraps started fraying at the ends after about a week of using them. Not these, they are well made for durability.

Review of Contraband Sports 1-stripe Extreme Knee wrapsThis is not my first purchase from this company and I have been extremely happy with every purchase from them. I have been powerlifting since 2011, I’ve held a few state records in the squat in various federations. My first time using these I hit a huge PR hitting a 585lb raw back squat with these wraps.Pros• These wraps are stiffer than my titan signature gold knee wraps, I am completely serious. These are my new favorite max/competition wraps. (not to mentions $15 cheaper than Titans....)• They are stiff to the point that I couldn’t wrap myself as tight as I would have liked to get the maximum tension out of them, almost needed a training partner to wrap my knees for me.• At the end of the wrap there is a rubber logo similar to the wrist wraps, and if used correctly it can be easier to pull the wrap tight on the last pull locking the wrap in place.• They really helped out of the hole as evident by helping me hit a huge personal recordCons• They are only available in 2m so if you compete in a fed that allows 2.5 or 3, you may want a longer wraps. I wouldn’t be surprised if they come out with a longer wrap soon. I said the same about the wrist wraps and then a few weeks later they came out with a 36” wrist wrap. Kudos to Contraband for not settling and striving to keep improving their line to fit everyone’s needs and not just cater to one group of lifters. Bottom line, the extreme wraps are some serious wraps for serious squatters. If you are not at that level yet, I really like the heavy/2-stripe wraps for a training wrap or for squatters in the mid range. I train with a female powerlifter and I suggested the heavy wraps to her and she loves them. Either way, you won't regret your purchase from Contraband!!!!
