Works and simple to use. I would have liked a Velcro strap, but the 78'' length helps to give extra slack to tuck into the wrap. It reminds me of hand wraps for boxing. It takes several times to know how to wrap it properly, but once you get the hang of it, it is second nature. I recommend if you're looking to lift heavy and insure your knees.
