I was so skeptical of how these bands were going to help with my knee pain, but they truly work as they say!!! I don't understand it, but they sit right at the perfect spot and prevent my knee cap from grinding, sliding around, and make the pan stop while I'm wearing them!! They are amazing and they work as claimed!

I received the band on Saturday and I am just opening it. I put the band on and it’s starting to relieve some of the pain. It is a bit snug. So far, it’s a go for me.

I’m on my feet for 9 straight hours at work and I’ve tried everything for my knee pain. These are supportive and easier to adjust than a sleeve under my scrub pants. So far I’ve used them for 2 days and I highly recommend them after a few adjustments I found a perfect balance with them.
