The Feyachi 3 MOA Red Dot Sight for Pistol Shake Awake Micro Handgun Sight for Doctor Pistol Reflex Sight with Adapter Plate for MOS & Picatinny Mount is as good as my Vortex Venom sight. The shake awake feature is great and beats having to turn the unit on and off. The battery changing on this sight is far better than my Vortex. It's a lot quicker, easier and won't damage the unit like the Vortex. The dot is just as crisp and clear as well. I'm using this sight on a 15" T/C Encore barrel in .243 Winchester and it is working great. It was easy to mount, sight-in and has a clear sight picture. So far, it's holding zero on this heavy recoil barrel. It's replacing a Leupold Gilmore Dot that bit the dust. I'm very satisfied with quality and performance of the Feyachi 3 MOA Red Dot Sight for Pistol Shake Awake Micro Handgun Sight and consider it an excellent value!

I have an Optics ready Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Kimber, and Glock and this one does not fit the mill space on any of them. Same is true regardless of adapter or not. The frame of the Red Dot is larger than the cut out of the mill space. I could have the option to use it on the picatinny rail of another firearm and may still do that, but on an EDC I definitely want the low profile of the direct connection. The shake to awake and auto shut off seem to work really well. As others have mentioned the metal housing is very nice. I did notice that most of the high rated reviews with pictures still had the unit loose and not mounted.

Waited an extra day for delivery.Took the sight to my gunsmith. It doesn't fit my firearm, even though the description said it would.Took it back to a return point today and now will have to wait A MONTH before Amazon will credit my account .Careful who you buy from. EVERYthing else I have bought from Amazon had been credited within a week at most.I will be watching return for credit policies VERY closely from now on.Very unhappy with the dealer and Amazon over this.NOT Happy!

This red dot sight is well built. It is a 3 MOA dot. Has good features and battery protection. Best feature is shake to awake and auto shut down after movement ceases for 8 minutes. You don’t need to remember to turn it off. Battery replacement is done from the side and does not require you to remove the sight to replace. Sight is bright and clear. Facilitates both eyes open aiming very well. As good or better than many much more expensive sights. Rest will be how it holds up to recoil. Comes with one adapter plate and hardware, cleaning cloth, spare battery, Allen wrench and case. Only item that would be nice is a storage hood but it is not furnished. Construction is substantial. Also has picatinny mount. Will try and update after some use

First, IMO, this is an optic that should only be used for airsoft, paintball, BB/pellet, PCP, or possibly a rimfire pea shooter. For low, or no recoil situations, this should stay zeroed and provide hours of fun. It has a 12 month warranty, so if it poops the bed before then, I’m safe. This dot is configured for the Doctor, or Viper footprint. Since all my hand-held lead dispensers are cut for the RMR or RMSc footprint, I would need an adapter. This comes with two. The first is a Gl-0ck MOS adapter plate, but I don’t like the MOS system and prefer to mill my slides. The second is a Picatinny adapter. Cool. The sight was already installed on this one, so I used that to pop it on a .22 cal 15-22 shooter. That tool is a plinker, and has little to no recoil.I used a to get me on paper from 25 yards, and with a few shots and twists of the included star wrench, I was zeroed. Adjustment screws have a ‘click’ to them, but there are far more of them than most optics I’ve adjusted.I don’t think one click is a half MOA, as claimed. My experience was more like 5 clicks per MOA. In any case, I like the clicks; they usually keep the dot zeroed better than adjustment screws without them.I very much like that it uses the ubiquitous CR2032 disc battery. I love that the battery slips into the side, so you don’t have to remove the optic to change it. Being able to change the battery without removing the optic is a huge benefit. The lens and dot themselves seem just about as clear as the much more high-end dots I have. Yes, it flares or blooms when turned up, but most do. One thing it doesn’t appear to have is night vision settings, but I have to keep reminding myself that this only cost about $65.The lens is coated on the target side. The body is an aluminum alloy that seems very sturdy. It uses an open emitter, like many other (and much more expensive) red-dot pistol sights. So why is this less than seventy bucks, while other big names are close to 10x that? I believe the proven ability to withstand the constant shock from recoiling big-bore hardware is the biggest reason. These are outstanding optics for the price, but I wouldn’t personally put them on a duty or defensive weapon. With that said, I do think this is well worth the money. I like the look of it. I like how sturdy it appears to be. I like the dot itself. I like the side-loading CR2032 battery and how easy it is to change without having to remove the sight. I love that it’s IPX7 waterproof and that the battery can (purportedly) last an incredible 100,000 hours. I like the ‘shake awake’ feature, but most of all, I love that you get all this for under seventy bucks.I hope this helps.

This is a decent budget red dot sight for range and plinking use, not for EDC. The first one I received from Amazon was DOA so we’re already starting off iffy. The replacement I received worked as it should. The sight has good features that the name brand sights have for 1/3rd of the price. If this is going on a range only gun, you’ll have plenty of money left over for ammo. This sight has a one year warranty which doesn’t inspire much confidence except for range only use. My EDC guns all have name brand sights that have lifetime warranties backed by years of positive reviews from thousands of users. Feyachi makes lots of inexpensive gun accessories (some good some not so good) and some day they may have the reputation I require, but for now this will work very well on my target .22. The sight comes in a nice plastic hard case with an extra battery, doctor and picatinny mounts, and a cleaning cloth.
