Good quality and support but measurements run smaller than advertised. I wear a size 36" waist and after the medium did not fit, I reordered a large, which fits great.

DO NOT GO BY SIZES LISTED ON WEBSITE.I AM A SIZE 42" WAIST AND A "LARGE" 38"-47" DID NOT FIT AT ALL."XL" SAYS 46"-56" ?!?! NO WAY JOSE.....42"-46" MAYBE MAX.HOWEVER, IT IS A HIGH-QUALITY ITEM AND DESERVES 5*.

I use it at work when lifting ANYTHING. I work in an inventory position which requires lift heavy boxes and products. This belt gives the proper support I need to do my job.
