I work in my local county jail and spend 90% of my day on my feet wearing several pounds of gear on my belt. This plus the wear and tear of two tours of combat in Iraq leave me in pain. This pad has made a world of difference. Although it is meant to be worn between the pants belt and duty belt, I wear mine behind my pants, between my pants and my uniform shirt. Very comfortable

it took 3 weeks to come in, but they seem to be good quality and comfortable. Although on the JFT label it says “shoulder bag strap” which I wish wasn’t there since obviously it was marketed as a belt cushion
