I've had my share of back braces because I squished a disc several years ago and it still acts up every now and again 9 years later. I'm pleased to say this one is probably the best one I've had. I am really impressed with how it tightens and secures, and in that respect I can say it is the best one I've owned. It doesn't take a struggle to get it fastened and I don't have to keep fooling with it between getting up and sitting back down. It does a great job of stabilizing my spine with just the right amount of pressure, and it is actually comfortable to wear without being ultra-bulky, another aspect that I was very impressed by. I don't find it particularly hot either and I expect this one to last a long time. Highly recommend!

I’ve had chronic lower back pain for decades. Most of the time it’s tolerable but when it’s bad there’s no way I can function without wearing a back brace. This back support belt has my vote for one of the better ones I’ve used. And I’ve tried many through the years.I like that it’s comfortable yet supportive. It adjusts easily & stays in place even when I’m moving a lot. The mesh portion makes it more breathable. The lumbar pad is thin and can be taken out as needed. The rigid supper in the lower back area function very well.I recommend this product to anyone who needs some lower back support. I also strongly suggest speaking with your healthcare provider regarding any new or changing health issues.

What I like about this brace is that it is mostly mesh for good air circulation around your body. It has eight straps, which carry all of the strain by being attached to a hard support in the back, so you don't have to have a lot of material wrapped around your body. It also has an easily removable lumbar pad to get more compression when you need it.However, their sizing chart, which you have to depend on to be able to order online, is totally worthless, at least with respect to the brace I ordered. I measured my waist at 40 inches. The chart says 33.4 to 40.5 inch waists should get a medium, so I ordered a medium. The total length of the medium belt is under 40 inches, so there is no way I can even get the ends to meet around my waist. I don't know about the other sizes on the chart, but I'll guess the best bet is to order a size larger than the chart specifies. This is a four or five star brace, but the fact that many people who order based on the sizing chart will not be able to use the brace they get makes it impossible for me to give it more than three stars.

I received this product for evaluation. I planned to use the back support belt to help me with back pain. I expect that it fits, is comfortable, and provides good support. My expectations were met.The quality is great. This belt is appropriately shaped for the female form. It is well made and sturdy. It provides good back support and is comfortable. It is wide, the Velcro helps to adjust it to your size and stay on. I wore it over a thin tank to avoid chaffing my skin and it worked very well.

I have had back issues for many years. I’ve actually had back surgery. Whenever I do anything requiring bending, lifting or twisting I put on a back brace. The one I have is wearing out so I ordered this one. I am very pleasantly surprised by this back brace. It has a very good support along the spine, and the Velcro stays on very well. It also has extra straps so you can tighten it even more if need be. I ordered a size small as I am quite small and it fits perfectly. It’s easy to put on, no complicated straps or anything like that. This is a nice quality back brace.

This is the first time I have ever worn a back support belt, so I don’t have any previous experience with one to really compare this to…But I work from home, and the long hours of sitting at a desk all day most definitely puts a strain on my lower back, and I catch myself slumping over way too often.Immediately after putting this on, my slight back ache seemed to disappear within minutes, and the feeling of being “forced” into a perfect posture position actually felt amazing.I kept it on yesterday for 4 straight hours, and I felt like a different person while wearing it and after taking it off. I truly didn’t realize just how much my aches & pain, even if they're slight, affects my overall mood every day.I do love this belt; the Velcro is high-quality & stays in place, the memory foam lumbar pad is removable for more compression when needed, the material is very strong, yet breathable, but I rated it 4-stars instead of 5 due to the size chart seeming off.I am 5’3”, 155 pounds, with a 29” waist, and this belt fits me pretty perfectly. Although this belt is able to fit a range of waist sizes, this medium I have fits more like a size small, which needs to be noted.

This is a really nice back brace. It is heavier than what I have. The back of the brace has metal strips for support. The two elastic straps with velcro have a great stretch length and secure in place without coming undone. Once the main elastic straps are in place, there are two other elastic straps with velcro on the side that can allow the brace to be adjusted even more. A very good value at the price and would recommend.

I don't have a back problem yet. But I spend at least 5-10 hours most days on my chair. So, I wanted to give this a shot and see if it makes my day more comfortable.To my surprise, it does. I feel more energetic wearing it. It helps with my body posture. This back support belt is designed well. It should last for a very long time. If you are in the market for one, I will recommend this because of its effectiveness and great quality.Small investment on things like this can save you from back ache later by correcting your posture.
