My item arrived missing the second fill cup. In order to make it right I would have had to send everything back and wait for them to send a replacement. I made the decision to keep what I had so I could water the tree. The item worked great and was a nice looking water funnel. If it had tge second fill cup I would easily give it 5 stars.

Putting away Xmas decorations and found this on Amazon. Went ahead and bought it for next year. Trials run, perfect to fill the base w water without spilling and knocking off ornaments.

Works great, it’s just hard to know how much water is in the base, I’m scared I’m going to over water and spill or not give the tree enough water. The only way to know is to get down on the ground to check how much water is in the base.

The longer tubes are supposed to be connected together using short wider PVC tubes. But they are nowhere near the correct size. The "connector" tubes are too small to fit the longer tubes into.I even tried boiling them in hot water to soften them up, and ground bevels on the end of the "male" tubes... But it's a no go. They CANNOT be fitted together.
