This worked initially but then stopped. It worked only if I held the bucket up high and shook a little. I followed the advice of the directions in terms of spacing and height but still did not get it to work consistently.

Super simple to set up and use! Who likes getting on the floor and under the tree to water it, EVERY DAY... no one... that's why this is a great product. Fill it with water, lift it above the base of the tree stand, let the water flow and you're good to go. Pro tip, mark on the bucket with some tape or a marker the highest level of the water in the tree stand, that way you won't over fill this bucket, thus spilling water onto the floor.

I wanted to live this product so much because it is so difficult to water my tree this year. Unfortunately, this leaked like crazy and didn’t work.

This was difficult to set up and it didn’t work. We got back and it had the same amount of water in it as last time.It was expensive and idk if it was me or the design but it did not work and it was not worth the money at all. I would not buy it again.Plus it’s ugly. Save your money, get something else. This is not it.

The tubing sent is 27". The picture labels it as 47". So that means your boxes have to sit near the trunk under the branches. This makes it just as hard to water and maintain. Not worth the price.

Tube is too short, too rigid and came crimped in multiple spots. I've had a few of these types of christmas tree watering type devices and this is the only one I couldn't get to work. Concept is great, poor materials render it useless.
