The Branfit Adjustable Neck Support is a comfortable cervical neck traction device you can wear to provide relief when you need it. An easy way to relieve tension in your shoulders or neck so you can relax after a long day. It’s comfortable enough to wear while watching TV. Use it to reduce headaches and migraines, to improve your posture, and to decrease neck pain.
Designed to fit most body types. Adjust the Velcro strap to reposition the layers so they fit comfortably around your neck. Your head should rest easily.
Control the inflation of our neck traction device with the bulb hand pump. Do not overinflate. Pump gradually until you feel a slight stretch of the neck.
Our comfortable soft suede enhances your relaxing spinal stretch sessions. Relax when using the device for best results, but never sleep with it around your neck. When done with each session, gently press the layers to deflate it.
Ease neck discomfort at work or use it as therapy at home to provide periodic neck and shoulder relief. By inflating or deflating the device you can create light traction. Follow our simple instructions for the first three weeks, then use the neck brace to provide relief as necessary.

I purchased this item for my tech neck. After an hour I removed it and behold. My neck felt better and looked longer! I use it everyday for about an hour, so far, so great!

When the bladders are in tact, and you get the straps tight enough so the bladders are under your chin, not sliding up next to your cheeks, it provides a great stretch and alleviates pressure! I’m on my fifth one and now looking to spend more money on something more durable. The bladders are made of a weak plastic that ultimately ruptures under pressure. I suppose I’m getting what I’ve paid for. I’d love to see one made of life preserver material! That said, if you don’t mind having to replace it every few months, then this one’s for you. Otherwise, find a more expensive yet durable alternative.

This device does seem to help but it would better if it came in different sizes. I'm a small-framed woman at 4'11" and the collar covers my ears and the straps are too long so I can't tighten it using the velcro attached.

In less than two months of daily use, the Velcro is pulling apart and barely stays together. Much worse than other brands. Will no longer be useable soon.The pump is really nice and easy to inflate.
