I am amazed at the difference this has made. Usually my visits to the chiropractor include a painful neck adjustment. After using this for one week and then visiting the chiropractor, my neck needed very little adjustment. It takes so little time to make such a big difference.

I'm sure this device is fine if you do not have neck issues but I got this before I knew I had herniated discs in my neck and it caused swelling after I used once for a couple of minutes and didn't have a reaction, the next time I used it for ten minutes and the next day I was having big issues in my neck. (I did not know that with herniated discs you are not supposed to bend your neck backwards especially like that! ) I have been in real pain for 20 days now, brutal shooting pain all the way to shoulder. Didn't know till I got the MRI. Its been brutal, so if you have disc issues in your neck or neck injury, do NOT use this till you ask your orthopedist or chiropractor.

Rock hard and painful. The bumps and ridges mash into my neck very uncomfortably and the height is at least an inch too high to fit the curvature of my neck properly. A softer, smaller size would be a huge improvement. This thing is an oversized bumpy river rock. Very disappointed.
