Stretch Horizontally: Simulating a hand take Shiatsu massage to the cervical spine the massage nodes can relax muscles on both sides of the spine.
Stretch Curve: When laying down, with elasticity, your neck can be decompressed, stretched and restore the natural C-Curve.

Not very comfortable. Used it a couple of times and didn't really notice a difference. Might be good while doing floor exercises.

I call it the blue tongue because that’s what it looks like. Despite its questionable appearance, it helps my neck so much. I have mod to severe cervical stenosis and after work my neck is screaming. This is the most comfortable way to get a stretch and ease the discomfort, especially after a hot shower. It works great in my zero gravity recliner too!

I think this product works very well. I’ve been using it in the morning when my neck is a little stiff and then also at the end of my workday.I’m not really sure what people are talking about when they say this thing is hard. It’s literally soft foam. Also, the people that are saying it’s not giving you much of a stretch like you Aren’t supposed to hyperextend your neck with something like this more is Not better.Also, the people that are saying it’s hurting their neck, you’re either not relaxing while doing it or your neck is just messed up and you need to go to the doctor.

I have issues in my neck. Probably from wearing a helmet in the military. Anyways, four minutes a day of using this helps me keep it stretched and offers me some relief for a bit. Yes, I also see a chiropractor.

Ordered this product to help with my neck pain. I work at an office all day on the computer and I was starting to get the neck bump along with my pain.Tried this when it first arrived and I can say it was painful at first. After a couple of minutes and a bit of adjusting I did feel better. As if my neck was getting a good stretch. I haven’t felt much pain since I began to use it.Four stars only because it had the bumps on it that were hurting a bit in the wrong places.Would recommend!

Surprisingly worked well and reduced pain, actually very comfortable as it releases tension!
