Does exactly what it says. Super firm, super simple. Styrofoam quality so don't let pets gnaw on it. After purchasing, just seemed kind of "extra" and not worth it. Thus, it was returned. You'll probably like it though.

I found this thing to be super uncomfortable, like poking your neck on a shovel. I opted for a product with a more ergonomic design instead.

I’ve been a physical therapist for over 15 years and work with a lot of people who have chronic pain, including neck pain and headaches. One of my patients told me about this product and so I did some research. I really appreciate how versatile this product is. It can be adjusted to 3 different heights to better fit a variety of people and their tolerance. One of the consequences of poor posture is the strain on the neck when the head sits too far forward. This flattens the curve in the lower neck and contributes to a lot of symptoms. I decided to get one of these for my clinic to allow my patients to try it before they purchase it and I liked it so much I had to purchase another one for myself! This is a great way to gently encourage the curve the lower neck. I usually have them start using it for one minute and then slowly increase from there. I find that just 5 minutes can make a difference! I don’t typically have them use it for longer periods to avoid being too aggressive. I’ve used this in my clinic and at home for several months now and it seems very durable. I highly recommend it for people who want to improve their posture and decrease strain to the head and neck.

This is really not a pillow. It’s more of a cervical traction with hard foam. I’ve had cervical fusions so my neck is not in the best of shape. I do like the fact you can adjust the height by removing the bottom layer. It actually felt good. It allows your neck to rest in a proper position. Too many people have hunched necks. I blame looking at cell phones. Your head is in a forward slump position. So this is a good way to strengthen and relieve neck pain. It is hard but you should start at a minute interval and build up your time resting on this.

It's literally a bit of hard foam. Idk what I was expecting to be fair but was shocked to find you can't return it. Why? I have no idea.

Leider kam der Artikel beschädigt an. Auch die Verarbeitungsqualität sonst ist eher grob mit vielen unsauber gearbeiteten Kanten. Ich hoffe der Verkäufer reagiert noch. Von der Wirkung her ist es angenehm.

I sprained my neck a little over a month ago working out. Had to go see a chiropractor when the pain didn't dissipate within a reasonable few days. I couldn't bend my neck forward, look sideways without severe pain. Sleeping was difficult since we all move during the night and in the mornings my neck was stiff as a rock! I had to carefully roll to a side and push up with my arms slowly. The chiropractor said it was not only the workout sprain but also a years worth of incorrect posture working from home on computer screens that culminated in my situation. He showed me an X-ray of how the curve in my neck had gone and the spine was straight. Being 41 yrs old, this was alarming not to mention a little arthritis of the neck also! I did some stretches of my own, chiropractor adjusted my neck twice.....BUT...the pain and stiffness never completely went away. Some days it flared all the way up again. After 40 days I can truly say I was starting to freak out...."Is this my new life at 41!" Chiropractor mentioned this type of neck stretcher which he was going to give me on next visit. I knew it would be a ridiculous price in office so decided to find here. WOW.....after 5 days in back to nearly 💯% neck functionally. I can't believe it! I even worked out again for first time today with no issue or aggravating of my neck. Thank you thank you! Thank God.P.S. - first day I laid on it 10 min at a time 2x a day. Do what feels right for you. Also, it really helps to lay flat then raise knees at times..... This actually rocks you forwards/backwards creating a little pull/stretching for the neck.... Helps! 👍🏽😉
