Wanted a telescope that was a bit more portable than my old refractor. This one certainly is much lighter although not super light. Good images and I love the go-to feature and tracking. Had to add a power bank because it's drastically underpowered by it's AA batteries. Overall I'd recommend it.

Have only had it for 3 weeks and the only regret I have is that I should have bought it years ago. If you are expecting to see objects like they appear in magazines you will be disappointed but if you think you will get a kick from seeing the rings of Saturn or cloud bands and the moons of Jupiter you will be delighted like my wife and I.
