I use these cedar shims for crafty work.Unfortunately 10% of these shims were broken and unusable in a craft project.I will order again, but if 10% loss is the standard I'll look elsewhere.

This is my second box of shims and I am not happy with it. I am doing a project with these and as you can see there are a lot of shims bad in the box. I'm using them for a roof on my gnome house. That is why I ordered cedar wood. THESE SHIMS AREN'T EVEN CEDAR THEIR PINE. I don't think I can even use them because they're not going to hold up in the weather. Very unsatisfied customer Shim Shop.

Installing a wall in a basement with concrete walls and ceiling. Our professional builder recommended Cedar Shims....they're so much better than typical shims, and really hard to find in big box stores.
