Decently made for the price and worked well. Unless I wanted to destroy the housing there was no way my rear wiper assembly was coming off the back of my 2017 Infinity QX60 without this puller. Put it on and within 30 seconds the assembly was off. This is a tool built to a price point, it’s. It made for pulling flywheels. It works good and I would recommend.

Took the remnants of an old windshield wiper ripped off in a car wash without breaking the glass. Very good product.

Used this tool to remove both of my windshield wipers. Really great to be able to adjust the width of the outside arms to ensure the fit on my wiper arms was correct. I've seen other reviews mention that their unit broke on first use. One of my wipers was stuck in place, and I was concerned about breaking the tool as parts of the tool feel a little thin. But after shifting and wiggling the tool around while trying to remove the wiper, it eventually came off. I think over cranking could definitely break the arms of the tool, but as long as you don't put too much pressure on it, it should be fine.

This seemed pretty flimsy; I couldn't quite fit the jaws under the wiper arms on my 2014 Ford Escape and when I tried to make it work it felt like the bottom part of the jaws were weak and started to bend under moderate pressure. I'd look elsewhere (and it looks like there are tons of clones of this design on Amazon, probably with the same issues. I also tried the Performance Tool Wiper Arm Removal Tool from Advance Auto Parts and that didn't fit either.

I used these for pulling wiper arms on my car for a repair. They worked perfectly as they fit the small space needed and removed the arms easily without damage. They appear durable and functioned well. They would also work for pulling any other small press fitted wheels/fasteners, especially where space to work is a concern.

Works fantastic. Rear wiper arm stuck and could not remove after it was broken in carwash. Motor arm extended through rear glass, possible breakage by pulling and tugging. This gadget or tool works great and very easy to remove damage arm. For the price I can't complain that this would be a one time use tool. But definitely does the job. Audi Dealer wanted 85.00! to remove and didn't include cost of new arm. Great buy!

This is one of those tools that you need or you don't. For many vehicles, removal of wiper blades and battery terminals can be done without special tools. But if you've attempted this on many cars over many years, you've likely encountered a few exceptions. Prying with a screwdriver, twisting with pliers and other efforts based on what's available in your tool box may have mixed measurements of success. On a new Jeep Gladiator, I've seen some wiper blades pop off with just a little encouragement. But mine felt to be glued in place. Not wanting to cause any damage, I turned to a little patience, ordered this tool and went at it on a later date.Simple to use, and exactly what was needed, had the wiper arms off in literally a snap. Hearing the actual snap when the blades broke free, I was so glad I did not attempt to apply that much force and not have it centered where it needed to be without causing damage. With this tool now in the tool box, such future needs will be a snap. Well worth the price for the function and quality of the product.

I had gotten this awhile ago when I had to replace my rear wiper arm. Without this product, I could not have removed the old broken arm to replace with a new one. Before this product, I had ordered something else that I saw on a video. That was no good. I then saw a review of this product and decided to give a try. It was very easy and the nut came off with very little effort. That was in 2021. Fast forward to 2023 and my wiper arm had broken again. It looked like someone broke it. Anyways, I called my dealership just to see how much it would cost and they stated over $150. No way. I just ordered another wiper arm on Amazon and used this product once again. Installation and everything was simple. No problems. I know that I am late with this review. This is a fantastic product and very highly recommended.

Used this to do a simple removal of 2 windshield wiper arms from their tapered spingles. Bought this so I would not need to risk breaking windshield and this is the proper way to remove these arms so long as you have a good puller. As soon as I got the puller on first wiper and made sure everything was squared up I began tighten down on the puller screw which in turn should pull the wiper are up off the tapered spindle. Next thing I know the puller is coming apart. The little black union fitted coupling that sits against the spindle while allowing pressure to be applied without damaging sping threads had come completely off of the push rod that pressed against the spindle, so threads on the spindle were beginning to get damaged. I had to undo everything, then use a side grinder to flatten the push rod so it would not spin off the spindle while I tightened it. After several careful attempts I finally got it to pop loose. Now onto the second wiper arm. Had to flatten out my push rod a little better because now that the union fitted coupling was completely gone the push rod would be turning on top of the spindle, which could cause damage or ruin threads if it slipped off while tightening it down in order to pull the second wiper arm off. Carefully I kept it squared up and tightened it down until it finally popped loose, (Music to,my ears). I would never buy this cheap made piece of junk a second time. Spend the extra few bucks and get a decent puller if you're thinking about removing your wiper arms yourself. You get what you pay for. I'm not sure why I have taken so long to learn this lesson but save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistakes. Buy cheap you'll get cheap every single time. Why put yourselves thru that crap? Makes no sense!

Was trying to remove a rear wiper arm. Tried different pullers. None of them worked. This one fit well, but still could not remove the wiper arm. The plastic part from wiper arm broken. I do not think the puller to be blamed. To be honest, it is a fairly good quality tool. I hope it will work to others.
