On first use the center, floating pin broke off.The fork was far too large for the rear wiper arm of my 2014 Smart fortwo, even though the ordering system said it was compatible.Save your money, use channel lock pliers.

Pièces trop petite pour pouvoir ce glisser correctement sur mon bras d'essuie-glace sur un break classique donc inutilisable pour les retirer.

Someone broke my rear windshield wiper.... I got a replacement and couldn't get the old one off.... no matter what I tried I was very scared I would crack my window how much I was pulling but this little device worked in seconds and did the job with no damage......Glad I got it....

This is a kids toy. It broke before I could pop the arm off.

It's not immediately apparent by just looking at the picture on the Amazon page, but it won't fit every car you try it on. It fit one of my two cars and not the other. If you look around you can find a 2-jaw mini puller for wiper arms that's probably more universal than this tool.

I had to return this product because it was not compatible with my car even though it claims to work with most vehicles. Since the jaw opening is fixed there is no way this can be compatible with most vehicles as advertised.

Used this to try to remove VW Passat wiper arms. Unfortunately, the forks are about 1/4 too short to center the spindle properly. Also the spindle should have a larger concave surface to not slide off the top of the bolt/spline (wiper arm). My advice is to get a proper adjustable puller.

I needed this for two separate vehicles, and the one that I mainly bought it for the two jaws couldn't fit around the bottom of the wiper arm(Audi A4). As it did not break the bank, and did work perfectly on my 02 Tahoe, it still gets 4 stars.

This tool was a life saver for me. The nuts that hold the wiper arms on came off easily. Not so for the the arms themselves. After having tried everything I could think of, it was clear to me that they weren't coming off without some kind of tool. I went to the Amazon website where I found a wide selection of tools to take on the task. After looking at the various designs, I chose this model. It is made of forged steel and fit perfectly under the wiper arms. After slipping the tool under the arm and hand tightening, (you do need to get it pretty tight) the arm popped right off. Did the same for the other one with the same result. This tool is very strong and well built. It did not bend at all. I couldn't have done the job without it. Of all the arm pullers I looked at and read about this one stands out above the rest. It's design will most likely work on most vehicles. I would highly recommend it.
