I bought one of these to use in a Mercedes GLE and it’s a huge disappointment.It works, technically, but not well, and not in a way I’d actually use.First things first, it refuses to update to the newest firmware. It came with a build from January 2025 and detects that there’s an April 2025 build, goes through the process of downloading and installing, but then after rebooting it still has the old version number.There are two options for aspect ratio of the content, Original and Full Screen. This doesn’t do anything because the content displays full screen either way, stretching everything horizontally pretty meaningfully.Last, the frame rate the device passes through is pretty low, I’d say 15fps on average, and not even a consistent 15 because there’s pretty noticeable stuttering.

Works on my 2025 Silverado RST with my Firestick. Pretty cool device.I had to unplug 2 or 3 times when I first was connect to the wifi in my truck. After that, no issues, it just works.

Not a very good product most of the time it does not connect or loses connection The screen becomes unresponsive only got fire stick to pop up twice at most but you couldn't even do anything because the screen would go fuzzy and again unresponsive.

For the kids sitting in the back of car and able to use the remote to change video, is great. For me not able to use the touch screen and video screen turning dark each time I go reverse. I would have to reset the device and start over. I do not recommend.

Connection was done within minutes and I was able to steam my clips perfectly fine. No audio delays either and buffers fine.

I purchased a different one with the 2 HDMI cables and the Roku and it was SLOW!!I purchased this one and paired it with the Amazon fire stick and it is a good speed !!I love it. It becomes a regular smart tv in the car at a good speed and it’s easy to connect.**** The only thing is that it does NOT have an on/ off button so I have to unplug it when I want to use my regular radio or screen and sometimes the audio randomly goes off or the screen turns off.
