The BW Technologies REG-0.5 calibration gas regulator is used to control the flow of gasses used for calibrating gas detectors, and is used with BW Technologies calibration gas cylinders and gas detectors (sold separately). It controls gas flows up to 0.5 liters per minute (L/min).

Fell out of the packaging box, but was undamaged. Works correctly. Off/on valve needs to be tight to completely shut off flow.

I dislike the small plastic on-off knob. Otherwise the construction is ok, but the item shipped does not match the image from the listing.

The Description indicates Brand BW. The product arrived, looks nothing like the picture and has a funny computer made fake label saying Honeywell. This is not the product shown in the picture and most likely is not even Honeywell but some generic equipment. Amazon should pay more attention to external sellers

Item ordered was exactly what was needed and arrived in 1 day. The Amazon packaging however was Horrible! There was nothing to protect the regulator and was bouncing around in a way to large box for the item. This is a precision instrument used to calibrate gas meters (sniffers) for my technicinas safety, hopefully it will still work as needed after bouncing around the Country.

The stock photo shown for this product is NOT what I received. The regulator I received is made by SGI with a BW Honeywell label. I uploaded pictures to improve product description.Specs:Made by SGI (Special Gas Instruments) w/ a BW Honeywell labelFixed flow regulator, 0.5 lpmNickel plated, brass regulatorC-10 type connection (for ex. 34L & 58L gas calibration cylinders and etc...)There was nothing wrong with the product I received. However, the inadequate product description resulted in my need to get a refund. For my application, I need the stainless steel version. When the product description gets updated w/ helpful specs and the picture is corrected I will gratefully reevaluate my review rating. Thanks
