I have 2 of these and they work great. Yes one shifted during transit and had a nick on it but other than that it’s great. My one recommendation is if you are using this for wood stabilization resin is to get one of bvv resin traps to prolong your rotary vane pump. The resin can be sucked into pump even if you use precautions. Even the vapor from resin will will destroy pumps. I learned the first time after having to rebuild it. Note it is not fun.

It looks like the very substantial glass lid was not adequately secured in the box, and was knocking around in transit. This resulted in a fair bit of damage to the dial, which was registering pressure despite not being hooked up to anything, and several cuts to the gasket as pictured. I'll be talking to their customer support to seek a resolution to these issues, and will update my review accordingly.The chamber itself was unscathed, as was the hardware pack.
