This got the bubbles out of my resin well. It was simple to set up, performed well, and looks very nice. It's solid and easy to clean, as well as large enough to not need anything else to expand my hobby casting. It didn't leak air, and was a very reasonable price for the options it opens up for my casting.

The quality versus price is pretty good on this one. The lid is way thicker than you would expect for this price which is great. Also the overall construction seems to be good. I can't tell how good the gauge is but it seemed to be fine for my 9 cfm vacuum pump.

Il prodotto è abbastanza costoso e la guarnizione in silicone da posizionare sul bordo prima di mettere il coperchio non rimane in sede, si stacca sempre dal bordo. Questa guarnizione qualora si rompesse sarebbe difficile reperirla.

This is a nice vacuum chamber at this price point. Mine arrived pretty quickly, but it had a decent size chip in the glass lid on the edge of the hole where the gauge needs to seal. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful. The communications were excellent, and they took care of the problem. It was an overall good experience for me.

Extremely simple to use, self explanatory setup and operation, especially with my 1/4 hp matching vevor pump. The rubber ring for the lip doesn't really stay put, but it's unnecessary for maintaining a high vacuum for long periods of time. I can pull it down to ~.01 atmospheres and it will not move from there for weeks with no leakageThe lid is heavy and extremely thick. The pot itself is the bare minimum thickness but still fairly sturdyVevor isn't the greatest pick for high build quality tools, but everything I've gotten from them is functional and economical. Strongly reccomend

So I've had this 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I noticed there's a very evident weld seam along the bottom inside of the pot (may have been there, but that's when I Noticed it all the way around). The bottom weld seam seems OK, except for ea end on one length (pics show ea. end). Vacuum has been OK down to -25 & -27. But 6 weeks into use (3 days ago) one of the exterior handles 'just' came off! I do not carry this around... I typically hold the handles & lid to get the vacuum started. I will say, though, this has not SO FAR effected the vacuum capabilities of the system. -- overall top components are great. SS pot has a 'nice' lip. BUT you must use the silicone seal on the SS pot side to ensure vacuum (which slips/slides around). Place the bottom seal 'well' and you'll have no issues. FWIW - I use this approx 4-5 times per week... so far.

Received the first order and the heavy glass lid had a large chip on the edge and the gasket had two cuts from impact. It worked well enough but I didn't pay for a broken unit. Contacted the vendor and they agreed to send out a replacement free of charge (as you would expect of great customer service) but did not have to return the original. Overall works well. It would have been nice to see some clamps to secure the lid in place but the lid is heavy enough to seal as long as the gasket that is placed on the rim of the container is in place. Surprised at how much I ended up using this. Good deal at the price I paid for it.
