The 5/8" hole was not drilled straight. Therefore the pin would not go all the way through. I returned the item.

Bought hitch at a reduced price because it was damaged. Pretty heavy duty, no damage as far as I can tell, will work just fine for me.

I bought this hoping it would fit my 2015 F-250's 2-1/2" receiver and it did so, perfectly. Many other 2-1/2" ball mounts don't fit the Ford's receiver. There is very little slop or rattle when it is pinned in place. It did the job and for a much better price than the other name brands. I would buy it again (if I ever get a second truck).
