I like these. My feet are bad, so I'm always looking for arch support and metatarsal pads. A full insole works for some shoes but not for dress shoes or sandals. These are great for when you don't want a full insole. They provide arch support so you can wear a shoe for longer without pain. I do have to use separate metatarsal pads because my feet are just shot.It helps to try different positions before you take off the backing and see if you can get the perfect fit. If you aren't used to wearing arch supports there can be a "break in" period while your feet get used to having the extra support.So far, they are working well.The feeling of the arch supports can be either too much or too little as you get used to wearing them and depending on how high your arches are. It can be hard to find the right height support that works for you, so you may need to try different brands to get the right height. These worked for me but are slightly low, not enough to not help, but not too high that they hurt to wear.

The 3 pairs of arch support pads are of a completely different design to ones that I have had previously, in fact I haven’t come across ones like this before. Full length ones tend to be a bit tight at the front end of the shoe for me and three quarter ones can slip forward when putting my shoes on. Not a huge problem but can be a nuisance. These are different. They give decent arch support and, as they have a sticky back, they stay place. Unlike others that I have used these can therefore provide arch support to open shoes.The arch support itself is reasonably high and provides cushioning so are quite comfortable.The sales information stresses that these insoles are washable and suggests that the stickiness will survive this. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to test if this will be the case. If not, and without the stickiness, because of the design I don’t think that the insoles will be useable, but I won’t let this affect my rating; I will give the benefit of the doubt.In relation to cost, the current price of 3 pairs for £16.99 makes these far cheaper than other arch support insoles that I have purchased from the Amazon site, though those have been more substantial and a more complex design, with a gel and memory foam construction. Still, I expect these to last for a reasonable time and as they are functionally good, I think this is good value. I would have given them a 4 star rating taking into account their quality and price, but am going to raise this to 5 stars as I can now have arch support in my open sandals.

So the description states this is a:-Bukihome Arch support shoe insoles for flat feet. Gel arch inserts for plantar fasciitis, 3 pairs adhesive arch pad for relieve pressure and feet pain ~ Large ~ Black.A few in my immediate family including myself have Plantar Fasciitis, so I'm used to getting insoles and arch supports.We found the latex pad actually helped with walking and correcting dropped arches.But where I liked them, my sister did try for a few days and she has arches raised higher than mine so the arch support wasn't high enough for her.So proves they are not for everyone. But I like to add these to normal shoes. I accidentally ordered the small size, so had to give them to a friend to try. She thinks they're amazing, and made a point saying so multiple times while we were out the other night. They start in place nicely and the jelly bit is a great shape for good arch support 5*

These go in so easily, stay put really well, and provide just the right amount of support for my feet. I'm especially pleased to be able to have some arch support in my Converse. I can wear them all day, and still be good at the end of the day, without the ache in my arch that I used to get. Very pleased!

These arch supports work perfectly! I like that they come in a color variety pack for different shoes. the arch is not too high, it is just right for me. I would recommend theses. I think they will last a long time inside my shoe if the material they are made out of is as quality as it seems to be.

These are better than the ones that you wear. That does limit these somewhat as you only have enough for 3 pairs of shoes. They're more comfortable and my daughter isn't as self conscious wearing these and changing shoes etc. Overall these are pretty good but i think a little expensive for single use supports.

I ordered these for my wife who wears a size 10-11 shoe due to her wide flat feet and long toes. Her feet are extraordinarily flat so it can be challenging to find an insert that isn't uncomfortable. These are the perfect fit and are easy to apply. A slightly lower profile would make these inserts even more comfortable.

Ich habe schon eine Menge Einlagen gekauft, da ich eine Unterstützung für mein Fußgewölbe brauche. Erstmal sind die super gemacht. Die Form ist angenehm, die dünne der Sohle super, eingelegt verrutscht auch nichts. Doch das Fußgewölbe ist viel zu hoch. Wenn ich einen Vergleich mit meinen Einlagen vom Sanitätshaus mache, hat es da jemand bei der Herstellung viel zu gut gemeint. Man kann auch leider nichts machen, um die Höhe zu korrigieren.Ich wünschte, der Hersteller hätte das Fußgewölbe etwas weniger gepolstert. Ich bezweifle, dass irgendwer so eine Höhe braucht. Ansonsten sind die Einlagen sehr gut gemacht. Doch die Höhe schmerzt sehr beim Gehen und ich konnte mich auch nach ein paar Tagen nicht daran gewöhnen. Sehr schade! Aber wer so eine große Unterstützung braucht, für den ist das Top.
