They’re too wide and they’re pretty flat. They adhere well but do not provide the support needed.

I've been using these for several months now, they are the best quality and comfort compared to the many other brands I've tried over the years. Just the right amount of lift, outstanding adhesive strength, and maintains its form. I will be buying another set for myself and my mother. I have flat, wide, and pronated feet and my arches hurt especially when wearing ballet flats. These insoles are comfortable to wear all day, and my arches don't ache anymore when I use them. Since they are adhesive, I will be purchasing a pair for each of my many shoes.

My daughter walks incorrectly and tends to turn her feet inward when waking, which has led to hip and knee pain, doctors and physical therapists. The physical therapist said that she needed arch support insoles to correct the way she stands and walks as we strengthen her knee and hip muscles. I had originally purchased different ones from another seller, but they were too high and caused instant pain. These are perfect! After two or three days, she didn't want to be without them because she has noticed so much of a difference. They are non-invasive in your shoe and only take up the space needed under the arch so there are no problems with a shoe being too tight after inserting these. My favorite thing about them is that if you take them out and wash them in mild soapy water, they are sticky all over again! Amazing product and I would highly recommend giving them a try. They have made excellent changes for my daughter.

What I like about this product is that is very adjustable and they stay in the place you set them up. It gives confort and relieve the pain while walking. What I don’t like is they are to wide for this kind of shoes. I have to cut a little bit to make them work.Otherwise is good we cabstulmwear casual shoes of this kind and not feel so much pain.

I was recently diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma on my right foot. I had been ignoring the symptoms for a few years thinking that it was due to my uncontrolled diabetes. Turns out that affects both sides equally. I have begun to see a podiatrist, and he suggested that I use good arch support since the arch on that foot is much higher than the other foot. I didn’t like the way the one that he sold me felt, so I went hunting for something that felt better. I ordered these with the higher arch due to reviews that said the smaller one was too small to be effective. I received it, and was immediately impressed. They are very cushiony, and work perfectly with my one arch. I attached it to a band that goes around the center of my foot to add a little pressure as well. My feet felt so much better after just a few days. The numbness and pain are getting better as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone that might need arch support! I will be buying the smaller ones for shoes that already have arch support because it’s just not enough for me, and more of the larger ones, too! 😊*Written by Cindy
