Note:

The controller and receiver in the same package have been successfully coded before leaving the factory; if you need to control two or more receivers, you need to perform the following operations.
1.Disconnect the receiver and power supply, then reconnect the power supply
2.Press the JUMP and STROBE buttons simultaneously for 2~3 seconds.
3.The strip light blinks, it means that the code is successfully matched(Note: The RF remote is not decodable after matching on the receiver.）

I like the remote and the way the light fades on and off. But out of several, none of them work anymore. Not sure if there is a way to re-pair the remote to the receiver.(?) I'd definitely buy more if they were reliable.

I installed some small LED puck lights on my bar shelves. After two of the supplied dimmer switches failed, I sought a new solution. This controller and remote have been very reliable thus far.

Cheap, not a ton of useless buttons, works with RF not infrared so it is much more reliable than older systems.I used two of these in relatively close proximity (different bedrooms) and they don't have any crosswalk.

I have an under cabinet light I use as a desk lamp. it uses a motion sensor for on/off, as well as dimming. You wave your hand under it to turn on, and hold your hand under the sensor for a few seconds to start dimming. My issue was that the dimming process was continuous, and it was hard to get the brightness to exactly where I wanted it. it was too easy to "overshoot" your target, and the light was too dim, so I had to repeat the process multiple times up and down until I got the light where I wanted it.I bought this dimmer controller in the hopes that I could use it with the existing LED light and have better control. And it works! I set my old light strip to 100% brightness, and then plugged this in-line with it. Now I can use the remote control to get my preferred brightness setting.I really like that I can get exactly 60% brightness every single time with a push of the button. The buttons allow for 6 presets that I use a lot, and also a 10% up/down buttons so you can fine tune it easily.

Funciona bien, tal y como se describe. Puedes ajustar intensidad en porcentajes pre programados, o paso a paso mediante botones de + / -. Incluye otras cosas como "flash" y "fade" que no uso. Tiene memoria de la última posición programada en el dimmer (tanto cuando se apaga/enciende desde el mando, como si se enciende/apaga aplicando tensión en la entrada). He probado con tiras led caseras de 6v y comerciales de 12v y se adapta de maravilla a distintas tensiones de entrada (en un rango de 5V a 24V). Como siempre en este tipo de artículos, la única pega es que el mando no siempre funciona a la primera, a veces hay que apuntar mejor o darle un par de veces. Pero vamos, es aceptable por el precio.

I'm very sensitive to LED flicker, and I'm very happy with this dimmer. It's a PWM-based dimmer, but the switching frequency is high enough that I don't notice any flicker even at the lowest brightness level.One thing to note is that the dimmer doesn't appear to have much if any input ballast, so you might experience major switching noise on your power source, though not all power sources will behave the same. For example, I can't use the dimmer with my Ecoflow power stations due to a terrible DC whine, but it works fine with smaller powerbanks or regular wall plugs. I don't want to on a tangent discussing rectifiers and DC/DC regulators here, but basically make sure to test it at low power settings with the exact same power source you'll use after installation to avoid noisy surprises.

At first the shape threw me a bit then I designed a slot very much like the shape of a Domino tenon. Cut it with my Shaper Origin and it fit perfectly. Tight fit with hot glue on the backside anchored it solidly.

This is the third PWM LED dimmer I've tried for our under-counter lighting. It flickers at random at all brightness levels - most noticeably at the lower brightnesses.It could very well be that there's noise on our AC line because this is not the first dimmer to flicker; however, there was one brand I bought before this one that did not flicker at all, but it failed completely after a year, hence the search for a replacement. None found so far that do not have a random flicker issue.> I gave this another star because the Remote is handy and the flickering, I have determined, is inherent to ALL the dimmers i have tried. There is something else going here, perhaps the wall adapter is garbage or our AC line voltage is noisy.-- Addendum 2 -- I changed the power supply to a 3A rating and the dimmer works as it should have. Changing back to 5 stars.
