The Diva LED+ dimmer switch provides optimal dimming performance of LED bulbs. This dimmer switch works with up to 150-Watt of dimmable LED/CFL or 600-Watt of incandescent/halogen, allowing you to control multiple bulb types on the same circuit. It is designed to control a broad range of dimmable LED and CFL bulbs from a variety of brands including Philips, Cree, GE, EcoSmart and Lighting Science. The Diva dimmer switch features a paddle switch to turn your lights off or on returning the lights to your favorite level. This dimmer switch also features a discreet slide control next to the switch, allowing you to adjust the lights for any activity. Coordinating Claro wall plate sold separately.

Control the next generation of lighting with Lutron's dimmable C.L dimmers. With the same features as Lutron's Diva dimmer, the large paddle switch turns the light on/off and returns to your favorite setting. The discreet slider adjusts the light level to suit any activity. These dimmers improve the dimming performance of dimmable CFLs and LEDs compared to standard dimmers. Lutron dimmers with HED Technology also provide full-range dimming for halogen and incandescent bulbs, ensuring today's dimmer is compatible with tomorrow's light sources. After research bought this for 4 led wafers I installed in the living room. Works great, no humming or any other issues, dims to very low level without adjustments.The wafers were by Lithonia, model wf6, 3/4/5k switchable model

First a warning: If you don't know for sure what color you need, I don't recommend relying on the photos on the product page. Better to take a faceplate to a physical store to match the color, even it you want to buy on Amazon. I had to return ivory and buy light almond.I have no complaints about this LED dimmer switch, and I like the following: 1) Lutron provides excellent installation instructions via pointing a smartphone camera at a QR code. 2) Though the toggle switch seems flimsy without the faceplates, once the screw-on inner and snap-on outer faceplates are attached, the switch feels fine, and it's quieter than similar toggle switches (meaning it doesn't set my dogs off if I'm not careful about how I flip it when they're sleeping). 3) The snap-on outer faceplate gives the switch a clean look. 4) Flipping the toggle switch turns the lights on and off at the level of brightness set by the tiny slider, so if I'm happy with that level, I don't have to adjust it every time. 5) Last and best, before attaching the two faceplates, there's a blue lever at the bottom left to set the lowest brightness you ever expect to want. This is a big deal, because many dimmable LED bulbs, despite being made to be dimmable, flicker if dimmed too much. By lowering the tiny slider all the way, then raising the blue adjustment lever to where the bulbs don't flicker (this is best done in dark conditions, when flickering is most noticeable), the dimming range can be set so that the bulbs never flicker. Then I can easily raise the slider all the way when I'm doing something that needs bright light; but I can also lower the slider all the way when I don't need maximum light, without taking care not to lower it so far that the bulbs flicker.

C'est un électricien qui m'a recommandé ces variateurs d'intensité (dimmers) et il avait raison. Ils sont plus précis que mes anciens et mes lumières ne changent plus d'intensité toutes seules comme avant. Excellent achat.

I bought this for the Amico 6 Inch 5CCT ultra-thin LED and it works great. I set them to 4000k. It doesn’t shut completely off, but it offers a large selection of brightness. Like most dimmers it’s a little big on the back side. It feels solid, matches the the other switch, and I have had no problems with it. Just note that the name Lutron is on it.

Good unit and like the ability to do a finer adjustment using the trim pot on the side. A lot of dimmers will not works for LEDs.

These switches were a great replacement for the Leviton toggle switches that were installed by the contractor. I am not sure if what was installed was on the "lower" end of the Leviton line, but they did not work. There was just no dialing in the control and one of the two switches would not adjust the dimmer at all unless the dimmer slide was manipulated "side to side." I, personally, believe that paddle dimmers work far, far better that toggle dimmer switches. These Lutrons were the replacement and they work so well. I highly recommend.

I purchased two of these dimmer switches. Both were installed in a 3 way switch application; one in a dining room with a six bulb chandelier and the other in a family room with 4 bulbs. I was careful to make sure I purchased switch approved dimmable LED bulbs for this switch model, in this case Feit bulbs from Costco. I used six 60 watt equivalent LED's in the dining room. Each was rated at 8.5 watts per bulb for a total of 51 watts for the chandelier. I used four 100 watt equivalent LED's in the family room. Each was rated at 18.5 watts per bulb for a total of 74 watts for the fixture.Installation of the switches was simple. It did take a little thinking to match the wires in the switch to the black or white wire in my wall. The diagram that came with the switch helped. Everything works fine on the dining room switch and light fixture. The dimmer works as designed and retains the dimmer setting when turning the light off and on.The family room light did not work as expected. The only difference I can see was I used 4 - 100 watt equivalent dimmable LED bulbs in this fixture. The total wattage is less than the maximum designed for the switch. The dimmer works but if I turn off the switch with the dimmer on anything but full power, The switch will not turn on the lights unless I slide the dimmer up to full power.I did not take the time to troubleshoot by trading the switches in the two rooms to see if the problem followed the switch or if it stayed with the room.

I was looking for a simple, elegant switch to control the new LED light that I installed above my computer desk...Now, depending on the surrounding ambient light, I can adjust the amount of illumination on my keyboard & surrounding workspace. The nifty thing is the switch has a memory to hold the setting and the light comes on at the preset level (and you can adjust how dim the light can go at the lowest setting) ...It is a solidly built switch & I bought it when it was on sale...It comes with a cover plate ,nothing else to buy....installation is simple & it works GREAT!
