This filter comes with the piece of fabric at the top of the filter, some from other suppliers don't have the fabric which help distributes the water evenly over the filter below.

The listing for Bryant / Carrier Humidifier Water Panel 318518-761 says it is "Whole House Humidifier Filter - 2-Pack". The package I received some time ago, but only got around to opening today, has a very nice looking, just what I expected, well made and perfectly fitting Water Panel in a box plenty big enough for four such items. My issue is with the quantity received (see your own listing for Bryant / Carrier Humidifier Water Panel 318518-761). A 2-pack means 2 pieces of merchandise and the price is fair for two, but your supplier shipped only one with no packing list or description. I have learned my lesson to always open the box the day it is delivered.
