Got this for the flare tool as I needed one, but you NEVER use copper pipe for brake lines. Copper will expand and then burst if pressured enough.I tested the flare tool and it makes great flared ends for steel lines.I'm actually going to use the copper tubing to run water through while it's spiraled around a small exhaust pipe to heat the water. This will allow me to have hot water while out in the wilderness.Shipped and arrived quickly.

This is a great kit. It contains a flaring tool for five different tubing sizes, a 45 degree coning tool, a tube cutter, 50 feet of copper tubing, 40 tubing fittings and a handy storage case. The flaring tool can handle 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" tubing sizes. The flaring tool can produce single, double and bubble flares on the tubing ends. The cutter can handle 1/8" up to 5/8" tubing. The included tubing is high quality copper in 3/16" and 1/4" by 25 feett long each. The tools are easy to use and produce precise flares for several areas like automotive, piping or HVAC applications.Would recommend this to anyone.
