Thought I'd lost a very expensive drum. Followed the instructions, cleaned the inside of the pad (which was greatly needed) and it works like brand new. Going to buy more of these and likely replace a couple of more that are starting to trigger off a little bit and then keep another couple to have when needed.Fraction of the price of the OEM from Roland and for now, works perfectly!

I used this as a replacement in my Roland TD-20 bass drum. It lasted less than a year before it began missing pedal strikes. I haven't found any other suitable alternatives, so I will either need to get another one... or switch to a different type of electronic bass drum.

bought to use on Roland pd120, after had to set trigger gain to max, removed and reinstalled with Scotch's indoor mounting tape between transducer and foam cone, backed down on trigger setting but still high, conclusion = though the new foam cone is the same height as the original Roland cone the Roland cone is denser transmitting the signal with greater strength.

I bought this to tide me over till the "genuine Roland" ones that are 3 times as much, and take weeks to get here arrived. Dude... it's a foam cone. This one seemed almost identical to the genuine roland and you'd be hardpressed to play my kit and tell me which one is not the true roland. These will work just fine.

I was about to throw it away and spend a lot of money on a new one when I saw on YouTube you can just replace the cone. Sounds like new

Arrivato nei tempi corretti. Si presenta con biadesivo piegato e mezzo attaccato alla confezione di imballo. Ci soni voluti quasi 20 giorni per averlo quindi provo comunque a montarlo...va a singhiozzo.

I had such issues with my snare drum not registring all stick contact, that I was ready to purchase a new snare. There were hot spots and many dead aread across the drum head. I was advised to try this product by a professional, and it has resolves all the issues. Took 10 minutes to replace. Well worth the time, money and effort. It is a no-brainer.

I used this cone to build a trigger in my 12" tom I cut in half to make two pads out of. The trigger was built on a 1/8" bar-stock of aluminum mounted to two L-brackets in the drum (see pics). With this setup and the cone being about 1-2mm above the rim, the triggering is excellent on my DM10 module. I have been cutting my own packing foam for years but this is much spongier and the correct cone shape for great triggering. I recommend using it.
