I put this on the drum that I have having problems with still have dead spots in the same places, then fix it at all. I think I'll go with the Roland set.

Used this to replace the cones in Roland PD-105 drum pads/shells. They work perfectly and restored the sensitivity to proper function. You have to be careful removing the cover from the adhesive pad on the bottom, it's easy to remove the sticky part from the cone itself if not careful. They are the same dimensions and weight as the genuine Roland replacement cones.

These replaced the original layered cones that were shipped with my Roland TD-30 over 5 years ago. Living in NYC with it's humid summers, the originals absorbed a lot of moisture and would not recoil when squeezed. After installing these each on a clean new piezo, I was able to increase the drum sensitivity from 9 to 20 for a louder drum with a dynamic velocity curve. I was able to replace the snare, kick and 3 toms with this set.Quick recommendation:Get some double adhesive foam circles and new piezos to float it the way the original is shipped. You will see when you take apart your drum.Get goo-gone, alcohol, and a electronics guitar pick to scrape off adhesive residue and clean it off.Use the original drum cable and remove the piezo wires.Add a little flux and you are almost done.Add the cone, replace the head, reset the drumAdjust your drum settings and you are done and happy!

These cones are very nice, good quality replacements or for building your own triggers. The material feels like great quality, sensitive foam-rubberish type material. These will do great for triggers!

They are exactly what they say they are and do what they say. Electronic drum replacement trigger cones. They work fine with my Roland kits. No problems with them and would get them again. If you are a drummer, you know what these are for and how to use them. Thanks!
