My snare sensor when out on my Alesis e-drum kit. Bought these and replaced the disc that was broken. Has worked perfectly again ever since.

I use this kit to convert the terrible Simmons SD1250 snare electronics over to 1/4" input. This worked well for me

My old Roland CY-8s were losing sensitivity in droves the past two years. When I saw the prices on new ones I almost choked. A few years ago I ordered a new Piezo and cone for my snare - but that was when the DIY drum trigger parts market was extremely limited. It worked out great, so I thought I'd try it for the cymbals. Found these Goedrum Piezos, saw the ratings, and decided to give them a try - and I'm GLAD I did!Originals were 27mm, but everyone said to 'upgrade' to the 35mm units, so I did - and, again, GLAD I did!The foam pads that came with them were perfect (not too hard, not too soft) and now my cymbals are working great - and louder than they ever were with the original Roland Piezos.BUY THESE - you WON'T be disappointed!!!!!

Very nice solder points on the transducer and a thick wiring that won't snap like the one that came in my Alesis Crimson 2 snare.

Had a busted Alesis Strike Kick Drum 2 months out of warranty. Got these piezos and literally saved myself 490.00. My only option was a new drum, but these little piezos are worth their weight in GOLD. 5 minutes and I am back in business. Highly Recommend!

I have an Alesis Command drum set in my home studio our band uses to track demos or song ideas before tracking for real in the studio. If you're familiar with the Alesis kick drum issue I can tell you this fixes it. There are 3 problems:1. Alesis installs a terrible, weak trigger in the kick drum2. they use very thin, frail wire from the trigger to the input jack3. they basically use a 1/4" input that you'd typically see in a Boss stomp pedal.Just garbage. Imagine smacking a guitar pedal with a kick beater every two seconds for a month. I promise you that input jack will stop working very quickly. At any rate, I ordered these and installed one in the kick in place of the junk one Alesis uses. Further, I drilled another hole on the back face of the kick drum and installed an analog guitar cable input jack. Soldered it to this new trigger and presto!!! Been going strong with absolutely, ABSOLUTELY no issues!! It works so well I'm considering ditching the Alesis set altogether and buying a traditional drum set and putting silent heads with these triggers in the drums. I already have the Command module so it would be a snap to do, seriously. For the cost difference I can't believe Alesis doesn't just use higher grade triggers from jump. If you have an e drum kick issue, one of these triggers with a better input jack will solve it. Buy!!

Very nicely packaged. Works well in an acoustic bass guitar and a now electric cajon. Shield the piezo leads for musical applications.
