Simple notebook. Nothing fancy. I was pleased with the paper quality. It should do well for keeping track of lab activities.

The small grid boxes makes it clumsy. It would have been nice if it had just regular straight lines or blank white pages. Otherwise, its quite durable but heavy

Since the cover of the notebook is hardboard, it is very durable.

These are fantastic. The numbered pages are critical for audit trail and indexing, the grid lines allow easy creation of charts and internal spreadsheets (by hand, this isn't a tablet). Looks great for your shelf when finished, excellent for Bullet Journal (TM) format if you so choose.
