Easy to set-up and very sturdy! I’ve had it for the last 2 months now and it’s holding up amazingly! I totally recommend to anyone trying to build an affordable home gym!

Love the product. We use it as a storage of weights, bars and accessories as well as for exercise. Very solid construction. Fits in our low ceiling basement as the height is adjustable. One issue is that the "J" hooks have a poor design. They tend to flop over if they are not secured by the silver pin. We will be replacing the hooks.

The Bongkim Squat Rack with Pull-Up Bar is a solid, budget-friendly option for home workouts. It feels sturdy and works well for squats, bench presses, and pull-ups. The adjustable height makes it versatile, and its compact design is great for small spaces. There’s a slight wobble when doing pull-ups, but adding weights at the base helps. While it supports up to 660 lbs, serious lifters might want something more heavy-duty. For the price, it’s a great deal for beginners and intermediate users. If you need an affordable, space-saving rack, this is a solid choice.

My Husband Loved this gift he honestly thought it was like $1000 cause of the look of it the size and the durability definitely worth your money I would plan to get something for where the tape rubber goes for your bar but other than that it’s perfect

I like that it is easy to set up and has worked for light lifting. I only bought this because it was on a prime deal for like $150, so you get a lot of value, and it works.I’ve used it heavily for about 1 year and all the paint is scraping off, it’s awkward to rack the weight, and the fact that the rails aren’t a solid piece makes benching difficult; either too high or too low. The stabilizer bars towards the bottom are in an awkward fixed position, so it is tough to do decline press (have to grip super narrow to not hit my arms on the them).I get nervous without any safety bars, it’s a bit wobbly, and the gauge of the rails is thin, especially the top half; bends easily even just lightly tightening the bolts. The rack sort of seems sketchy if you try to squat above 185. I only weigh 170, and the cage almost fell over when doing leg lifts; make sure there are plates loaded on it or it is not stable. It is a very light rack. I sort of feel like the hooks are going to just snap one of these days. That is a lot of negatives, but it is still a good LIGHT lifting beginner cage. The landmine attachment is useful although it sort of bends left and right, which isn’t ideal. I think it is good for younger individuals or older individuals looking to do low weight. If your goal is to find something that is heavy duty and stable, I’d suggest doing more research.

I bought this squat rack because it's adjustable and I have low ceilings and it works great. Between the pull up bars, the adjustable bar holders and the landmine attachment I can do a ton of different workouts and the weight holders on the side are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for those looking to get started on an affordable home gym.

It's a great rack for the price point. Parts are well-made and are easy to assemble. Pretty solid to do pull-ups too. With free weights, this is the most efficient home gym for people with tight schedules. No more driving to the gym, no need to smell other's odor, bravo!

This was a very good purchase! It was easy to put together and it took me about an hour... I have attached two side cable pulleys as well as a center pulley to do all my cable exercises that I do at the gym... This cage has exceeded my expectations... The only complaint which is a small one that I have is that the removable supports have a slight Gap in them once you put a bar across it but I'm not worried about it slipping off because of the design and plus the pins keep them secure.. the landmine is an added bonus that allows me to quickly segue between t-bar, lat pull Downs and deadlifts when I want to do a 3 way suicide set.. also the landmine works excellent with my Viking press attachment when I want to do squats or standing shoulder press movements..the cage is height adjustable and it is perfect for my apartment.. I have a 9 ft ceiling so the height of the cage was never an issue.. I have about 7 and a half feet of space on the other side of my couch and this cage fits perfectly... So I now split going to the gym and working out at home for certain exercises that I cannot do at the gym because of waiting around for a bench or a cable machine... This by far is one of the best purchases I have made and you just cannot beat it for the price.. I highly recommend it.

Very thankful this squat rack exists. I have 7 foot ceilings in my basement and the adjustable nature of this rack was a perfect fit. It also feels very steady when in use. Great features and easy to install.

Sorry for the mess in the photos, we've been doing some remodeling and organizing. I am impressed with the ease of assembly and solid welds on this rack. Changing the bar height is easy. My recommendation is to get a second bar if you bench and squat, as it is a pain to rearrange the bar each time. This thing does have a large footprint so be prepared for that. My basement ceilings are pretty low (I think around 80") and this unit worked for me, although the four corner posts do go into the floor joist void above.
