They are selling a product that isn’t made properly. The design isn’t accurate and after I spent a whole day to build the product up to step 8, I’m not able to proceed since they didn’t make the holes in the correct places and I can’t do anything else to the product to complete it. How can you sell products that aren’t made correctly?! This is very dangerous and a waste of my time and money! I don’t have the box anymore since the boxes were destroyed while taking the pieces out of the boxes. How do they expect me to return this in the boxes when it took all day to set up and now they expect me to undo all the pieces I alone put together and send it back in order to get a refund?! Do you know how much time they already wasted from my life?! I want a refund but they need to figure out how to get this rack back because I’m only one person and there’s no one who can help me undo it and send this all back. That’s another waste of my time which I don’t see is fair to me and I should be given a refund for MY TIME THEY WASTED! Very inconsiderate of this seller to sell a faulty product and they don’t notice the holes don’t even align and decide to sell this poorly designed product that’s a safety hazard and is a waste of customers’ time!

First, this took a few hours to assemble with the assistance of an 8 yr old, but I was able to follow the included instructions and assemble without trouble. The cable system works smoothly, all pieces and parts arrived undamaged, packaged well, and appear/feel like quality. Well worth what I paid for such a versatile piece of equipment. Would purchase again. Well done Armac.
